Part of the reason why Democrats are so panicked about 2024, as we’ve been pointing out, is that too many of the fraud loopholes that were exploited in 2020 have been closed. The entire 2020 election was stolen in just half a dozen blue swing counties in six states. If we plug enough holes before the next election, there will simply be too much heavy lifting for those counties to do on their own next time.
Plus, we’ll be watching them like hawks in 2024. The Arizona legislature has closed one of those loopholes that was allowing illegal aliens in their state to vote in federal elections.
Arizona has had one of the strangest election loopholes in the entire country on the books for years. If you provide proof of US citizenship in Arizona, you are allowed to vote in local, state, and federal elections. If you do not or cannot provide proof of US citizenship in Arizona, they still allow you to vote a federal-only ballot. Let that sink in for a second. If you don’t have proof of US citizenship in Arizona, you can still vote in federal US elections in Arizona.
Long story short, this so-called “bifurcated” election system in Arizona was allowing illegal aliens to vote. Arizona is the only state in the country that has had this system in place. The only thing that an illegal alien or a foreign national had to do in Arizona under this system was pinky-swear that they are a US citizen, while providing no ID or proof that their pinky-swear was true.
When an actual Arizona resident registers to vote, the system checks against the state’s DMV records to make sure they have a driver’s license. You have to be a US citizen to get an Arizona driver’s license.
Last year, before the governor’s race was stolen by Katie Hobbs in the midterms, the Arizona legislature closed that loophole. Former Gov. Doug Ducey signed it into law.
Under the current law, as it still stands right now, counties are required to check these federal-only voters against multiple databases, to ensure that they are US citizens. If they discover that a registrant is not a US citizen, counties are required to reject that person’s registration. Any county official who knowingly violates this by registering an illegal alien to vote will be charged with a felony.
Naturally, the Biden regime is suing Arizona to overturn this law.
We all watched the blatant fraud that unfolded in front of our eyes in 2020. Other than that, the thing that continually reinforces my belief that the election was stolen is the actions of the Democrats.
The federal government is the party with the most vested interest in ensuring that foreigners and illegal aliens are not voting in federal elections. Why would you be opposed to stopping illegal aliens from voting, unless you want the illegals to go to the ballot box and commit fraud on your behalf? There’s no other explanation.
The Biden Justice Department claims that this new Arizona law is “a textbook violation of the National Voter Registration Act.” By ensuring that only Americans can vote in American elections? Really? It’s been a while since I read the NVRA, but I’m pretty sure it doesn’t say that.
The Justice Department also claims that this is a violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. That’s absurd. The Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996, signed into law by Bill Clinton, says that any illegal alien caught voting in a federal election can be imprisoned for a year and then deported. Plus, that person is never eligible for US citizenship again after breaking federal election laws.
At any rate, the reason why Arizona enacted this law is because thousands of people who did not provide proof of US citizenship voted in the 2020 election. According to data received by Just the News, there were 5,697 such voters who cast ballots in 2020. That’s more than half of the balance of Joe Biden’s “victory” of 10,457 votes.
So far, the DOJ lawsuit to overturn this law has not gone to trial. It’s unclear what logic federal prosecutors will try to use to convince a court that it’s okay for illegal aliens to vote in American elections. The good news is that the Biden regime routinely gets clobbered when they try to bring their insane cases before a judge.
That’s one more loophole that has been closed ahead of the 2024 election. One more avenue for the Democrats to cheat has been sealed. There just aren’t enough fake votes out there for them to steal another election from President Trump.

So between illegal voting and stuffing the ballot box is how the Democrats stole the 2020 election. we have to remember states like New Hampshire and Connecticut that had the counting machines changing votes also. Not to say how many other states had voting machine issues, not making them reliable in counting votes. This is what the liberal party made happen here in the USA.
