The Biden regime is prepared to force all public schools in America to embrace the Democrat Party’s weird sex fetishes. Even states in schools like Florida and Tennessee, which have passed laws to protect children from the groomers and deviants, will be forced to comply under threat of losing funding.
The radical weirdoes in the Department of Education submitted their final Title IX rule change to the US Office of Management and Budget this week. The text has not been publicly released, but we can tell just from the title of the new rule that this is going to be every parent’s nightmare.
Within the first few days of the illegitimate Biden regime taking over the White House, Diaper Joe’s handlers had him sign a pair of executive orders that are straight out of Barack Obama’s lurid dreams. The executive orders were titled, “Preventing and Combating Discrimination on the Basis of Gender Identity or Sexual Orientation” and “Guaranteeing an Educational Environment Free from Discrimination on the Basis of Sex, Including Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity.”
The title of the rule they just submitted to OMB, however, gives away the whole sinister plot. The new rule’s title is, “Nondiscrimination on the Basis of Sex in Education Programs or Activities Receiving Federal Financial Assistance.”
And there it is.
We don’t even have to read the text of the full rule to know what this is. It’s the ultimate in federal blackmail to force the communist’s radical, deviant sex agenda into every classroom. If a local school board prohibits pedophile teachers from telling kindergartners about transgender fisting, or why it’s perfectly fine to film a gay porno on a desk in the US Senate chambers, that school loses its federal funding.
A previous draft of the rule change that was submitted by Joe Biden’s weirdo Secretary of Education would ban “all forms of sex discrimination, including discrimination based on sex stereotypes, sex characteristics, pregnancy or related conditions, sexual orientation and gender identity.”
We have plenty of examples of what the Democrats and the Department of Education consider “discrimination.” If you are opposed to allowing an adult transgender to rub “her” testicles on a toddler at the library, YOU are the one who is discriminating. If you think elementary school libraries should not have books and comics depicting graphic gay sex, YOU are the book-burning bigot who is trying to violate the First Amendment, according to their definition.
This is not about keeping students free from discrimination while they’re in the classroom. This is about forcing local classrooms to accept the Democrat Party’s bizarre and hedonistic sex fetishes, in order to undermine families and damage the psyches of children.
There’s going to be a massive backlash to this in some parts of the country. I have a lifelong friend who is a teacher in a small town in liberal Washington State. There are 28 teachers in the district’s elementary, middle, and high school. My friend tells me that all 28 of the teachers have already written their resignation letters in preparation for when this new rule goes into effect.
“My students are all seven and eight years old,” my friend told me last week. “I refuse to talk to them about their genitals.”
When every single teacher walks off the job in that town, parents are going to have to make a decision. They can either reject Joe Biden’s anal agenda and the federal tax dollars that accompany it, or they will have to figure out a way to establish total local control and local funding to pay for teachers.
(I know, I know. All of us homeschool parents are sitting here thinking, “Are you guys ready to finally listen to us?”)
Attorney William Trachman, from Mountain States Legal Foundation, describes the chaos that this is likely to put schools through when they are forced to embrace every weird sexual identity that people come up with:
“Schools will be confounded with strange requests from students who insist they are animals, autigender [whatever the hell that is], or even cake. In an extreme situation, a pedophile could assert his sexual orientation is that of a ‘minor-attracted person’.”

I think the simple way to stop this garbage is to require the federal government to comply with the Constitution. The government is not authorized to do ANYTHING that is not specifically listed as such for them. The government is not allowed to spend money or time on education, and should reduce the taxes they collect from us accordingly.
Before the 16th Amendment (1913), the government had enough money to do what it was authorized to do, without taking a single penny in income tax. Once we allowed them to levy taxes on our income, they began taking more and more money from us and began expanding their activities beyond what are allowed.
