A watchdog report has revealed that the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) gave more than $22 billion in taxpayer money to illegal aliens during the Biden Years of Darkness for America™.
These shocking payments went far beyond things like grocery money and “free” Obamaphones. The Biden regime gave the criminal trespassers cash for major opportunities that young Americans don’t have.
Can you imagine how nice it would be if the federal government gave your child the money for a down payment on a car once they graduate college?* But up yours, America! That money was reserved for illegal aliens!
Auditors from Open the Books have been poring over expenditures by HHS during the Biden regime’s years in charge. They discovered that the HHS Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) doled out $22.6 billion in grants to illegal aliens.
The ORR is the same agency that “lost” somewhere between 300,000 and 500,000 illegal alien children when Joe and Jill Biden sold them into sex trafficking and slavery.
In addition to money to buy cars, the ORR also gave illegal aliens grants to purchase homes. Can you believe this garbage? How many GenX parents still have their adult Zoomer kids living at home because inflation prevents them from buying their own home? Yet the Biden regime was giving illegal aliens cash to help them buy homes.
Incoming HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy talked about this on a podcast recently. Despite being from the Kennedy family, none of his kids can afford to buy a home in America any longer.

The ORR doled the money out to NGOs that then dispersed it to illegal aliens for cars and homes. They also offered illegal aliens $1,500 in cash assistance to repair their credit scores.
On top of that, the foreign trespassers were also given $15,000 in small business startup grants. They also got college tuition paid, “free” healthcare through Medicaid, and money to pay attorneys to help process their fake refugee status claims.
The Open the Books report was issued just days after FEMA came under fire for giving nearly $80 million to illegal aliens in New York City to pay for luxury hotel rooms and other freebies. DHS Secretary Kristi Noem has since clawed that money back from the illegals, and several FEMA officials were fired for the stunt.
Imagine if you were living in a tent in Western North Carolina right now because your house got wiped out back in September. Or, if your Pacific Palisades house was now rubble because it got burned down in the Great Gavin Newsom Fires of 2025. Do you think it would feel good to have FEMA doling out $80 million to foreign invaders when you’re struggling?
It’s so offensive that it makes you wish some of those FEMA jerks were in handcuffs right now.
Illegal aliens from Cuba, Haiti, Afghanistan, Ukraine, and Iraq were all eligible for these HHS grant programs. Other than some of the Cubans, none of these people legally qualify as refugees. If they were real refugees, they would have claimed asylum in one of the numerous countries they crossed through to get here. They didn’t do that because they wanted to come to America, where they knew that Diaper Joe would start handing them huge stacks of cash.
The two NGOs that received the most HHS cash-for-illegals over the past four years were Church World Services and the International Rescue Committee. The woman who was overseeing the ORR and giving out your tax dollars to illegal aliens is named Robin Dunn Marcos.
Before she was the head of ORR for the Biden regime, guess where Robin Dunn Marcos spent the last 30 years of her career working?
It’s not a trick question. She worked for Church World Services and the International Rescue Committee for 30 years. And as soon as she was running the ORR and had access to our tax dollars, she started sending the money right back to the two NGOs she had worked for.
The corruption being revealed now that the Trump administration is in office never ceases to shock us. They gave your hard-earned tax dollars to illegal aliens to buy homes. It’s so insulting.
*We’re not actually advocating for any sort of program where the government would provide down payments for cars. That would be stupid because it would only drive up the cost of cars for everyone.
