Joe Biden is not shy about destroying any political enemy who annoys him in the slightest. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a former president, a concerned parent at a school board meeting, or a little old lady praying outside of an abortion clinic. If you end up on Joe Biden’s radar somehow, he will have his Attorney General and hatchet man Merrick Garland drop the hammer on you.
The latest victim of Biden’s terrorist lawfare is a brave doctor who blew the whistle on his hospital performing ghoulish experimental genital mutilation surgeries on little kids.
Just a few years ago, Texas Children’s Hospital proudly boasted about how it was transing kids. They bragged about it on their website. They gave children experimental puberty blocking drugs, cross-sex hormones, and performed other “interventions.”
When Tucker Carlson, Matt Walsh, and other figures on the right started pointing out how this served no benefit to the children being experimented on, public sentiment turned on a dime. When the public found out about these procedures, it turned out that they weren’t as popular as the Democrats had hoped.
In the face of a public pressure campaign, Texas Children’s Hospital CEO Mark Wallace announced that he was shutting down the child genital mutilation clinic. It turns out that was a lie. At least three doctors at the hospital continued to savagely mutilate the genitals of confused children as young as 11, in barbaric “surgeries” for which there is no scientific basis.
Dr. Ethan Haim, a surgeon at the Children’s Hospital, felt morally obligated to warn the public that this was going on. Dr. Haim sent proof that the hospital had lied and was still performing these surgeries to Chris Rufo, a senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute. The story quickly went viral. Less than a week after the hospital had been exposed in the lie, the Texas legislature had passed a law making it explicitly clear that it’s illegal to chop up the genitals of children.
How bizarre is it that the Democrat Party is now so evil that we have to codify things like that into law? Oh, by the way, don’t chop up the genitals of little kids, you freakin’ weirdoes.
In June 2023, on the same day when Dr. Haim was set to graduate from the residency program at the Children’s Hospital, federal agents came pounding on his door. The FBI agents told him they had forensically examined the computer systems at the hospital and identified him as a potential “leaker.”
Can you imagine? Instead of arresting the doctors who were mutilating children in Nazi-like experimental surgeries, they were harassing the doctor who had bravely exposed the program.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Tina Ansari, a thoroughly loathsome individual who Texas Gov. Gregg Abbott should find an excuse to arrest, began threatening Haim with prosecution. One year later, those threats became a reality.
Earlier this week, a group of US Marshals who should be ashamed of themselves showed up at Dr. Haim’s door and dragged him into federal court. The Biden regime indicted him on four counts of violating patient privacy under HIPAA rules.
The charges are bizarre. The only person that Haim shared evidence with was Chris Rufo, and Rufo says all the documents he was provided with were carefully redacted. That doesn’t seem to bother the Biden regime much these days, however. If they decide they want to destroy someone, they’ll just make up charges out of thin air. It’s called a “novel legal theory” and it even works against former presidents in banana republics.
An attorney for Dr. Haim says he’s eager for the case to go to trial, so he can clear his name. That sounds hopelessly naïve after the way that Donald Trump was just convicted on fake charges in a Manhattan courtroom not too long ago.
The prosecutor continues to push forward with the charges in an obvious attempt to intimidate any other doctors from speaking out against the Democrat Party’s trans agenda.
Dr. Haim’s next court appearance is next week when he will presumably learn more about the charges against him.
Dr. Haim is just an ordinary guy who spoke out about an incredible evil. He did the right thing and now he’s facing a legal battle that is expected to cost more than $500,000 just to defend himself.
