President Joe Biden’s Trump-era rollbacks continued this week, including a memorandum to restore funding to anarchist cities where the former president promised to slash federal funding. Former President Donald Trump’s ruling occurred following “Defund the Police” and Black Lives Matter riots over the death of George Floyd and included New York City, Portland, and Seattle.
While cities named in the action argued Trump did not have the authority to end federal funding, Biden’s move comes as some cities continue to face anarchist riots. This month, Portland rioters broke into a police association building, while in January the city’s rioters targeted an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) location.
The ICE facility raid event also included an attack on a local Democrat Party office, with eight rioters arrested. Apparently, Antifa doesn’t like either party and does not plan to stop whether Biden restores the city’s funding or not.
Of course, Seattle city attorney Pete Holmes welcomed the change, noting he was “glad to have this nonsense cleared from the decks.” And by nonsense, he means a president requiring accountability from a city to stop its own citizens from destroying public property.
It’s difficult to deny the political connections in this effort. Trump was angry at anarchist groups attacking Americans and did something about it. Biden’s buddies want their federal funding secured and he did something about it. The game continues.
But in this game, the real losers are everyday, law-abiding Americans. Peaceful protests, sure, but not vandalizing buildings and targeting police or other first responders. Is it too much to ask for a nation’s leader to oppose anarchy?
There’s a reason why five counties in Oregon have reached enough petition signatures to include a ballot measure to leave the state and join Idaho. Most people, even in liberal Oregon, don’t want to be part of a state that destroys itself.
The volatile situation in Portland, Seattle, and even Minneapolis reveals what the rest of the nation faces on a smaller level. A few extreme voices are manipulating politics to destroy life for everyone else. Antifa and similar activists are like the bullies in elementary school. It only takes one or two to ruin class for everyone.
Trump was used to dealing with bullies. He knew the best way to handle a bully was to stand up and fight back. It’s unclear what Biden thinks about many issues, but he certainly isn’t up to a fight with America’s anarchists.
Instead, his team is working hard to enact legislation to make sure men can compete in women’s sports and approving $1.9 trillion for COVID-19 relief plus every political payback under the sun. And that’s after wrapping up his first month in office supporting efforts to impeach a president who wasn’t president.
Our nation has problems, both among the anarchists in its city streets and among the politicians on Pennsylvania Avenue who turn a blind eye to their tactics. If Biden won’t even oppose those who vandalize his own party’s offices and hate America, what will he oppose?

When is the Supreme Court going to step in and end this charade of a President? Biden is useless and too stupid to figure out he is the puppet and being used by the House of Representatives and George Soros to enable their treasonous objectives. Yes, George Soros! I strongly urge everyone who reads this to PICK UP THE PHONE and call your REP AND SENATORS in DC and DEMAND a COMPLETE AUDIT AND INVESTIGATION into the 2020 ELECTIONS and for the IMMEDIATE IMPEACHMENT OF BIDEN AND HARRIS.
BIDEN is completely UNFIT FOR OFFICE! And they both (BIDEN & HARRIS) have family members putting them both in a CONCLICT of interest position advertising and promoting their businesses and using their VP and POTUS both as an advertising self-interest, self-promoting position and it is ILLEGAL!
