That’s not a typo in the headline. The Biden regime has identified the greatest villain in all of human history. It’s a man who is even worse than Donald Trump. Well, maybe not worse than Trump in Biden’s opinion, but still really, really bad.
This guy is so terrible that the Biden Justice Department, which is totally not run by partisan clowns and Democrat Party hacks these days, is suing the man for nearly half a trillion bucks. $480 billion with a ‘B.’ So, what did this villainous villain of infamous villainy do? He’s a doctor – and he urged people to take Vitamin D to protect against COVID during the pandemic.
Dr. Eric Nepute has been a vocal critic of the government’s pandemic response from the very start, and he’s open and honest with patients about how dangerous the mRNA shots appear to be. But more to the point, he was one of the early innovators when it came to finding cheap alternate treatments to protect against COVID, and to help people recover from it.
He started dosing patients with Vitamin D and zinc – common ingredients in many cold medicines – and it worked. Dr. Nepute was so confident that Vitamin D and zinc worked that he paid to run advertisements about it on the internet. His ads were viewed by an estimated 12 million people. He’s not a particularly famous guy. His Twitter account @NeputeWellness only has about 4,000 followers.
There’s even scientific research to specifically back up Dr. Nepute’s claims. You can read a study published in November 2022 in ‘Scientific Reports’ called “Association between Vitamin D supplementation and COVID-19 infection and mortality.” The research shows that dosing people with Vitamin D3 led to 20% fewer COVID cases among the study group. Their mortality rate was also 33% lower than in the non-Vitamin D3 group, which means that this vitamin likely prevents COVID and reduces the risk of dying from it. Which is exactly what Dr. Nepute claimed in his ads.
Dr. Nepute recommended early on during the pandemic that the government should start having people dose with Vitamin D and zinc, particularly among the elderly and the infirm who were most at risk. He recommended 50,000 IU of D3, which seems like a lot. However, Vitamin D has a long track record of safety. You can’t overdose on Vitamin D, and it’s not contraindicated against any other medications. It’s safe and it won’t hurt you, and now there’s scientific proof that it can protect against COVID.
The problem is that Vitamin D is cheap and abundant. Nobody is going to make a gazillion dollars selling Vitamin D. You can buy a hundred tablets at the grocery store for a couple of bucks, whereas Pfizer wants to charge $130 for its COVID boosters once the pandemic “emergency” is finally declared to be over.
The Biden regime is now throwing the full weight of the Justice Department against Dr. Nepute, using something called the COVID-19 Consumer Protection Act of 2021. This is a temporary law that is only in effect while the “pandemic emergency” is ongoing, because that’s a thing now apparently.
The temporary law makes it illegal under the Federal Trade Commission Act “for any person, partnership, or corporation to engage in a deceptive act or practice in or affecting commerce associated with the treatment, cure, prevention, mitigation, or diagnosis of COVID–19 or a government benefit related to COVID–19.”
Since Dr. Nepute’s medical advice was viewed by 12 million people, the Biden regime is suing him for $40,000 per violation of the Federal Trade Commission Act. That’s how you get the $480 billion total.
$40,000 per violation X 12,000,000 ad viewers = $480,000,000,000.
As if a doctor in private practice who has 4,000 followers on Twitter has half a trillion dollars lying around. Dr. Nepute has been labeled a “disinformation” spreader, so he’s a danger to the public for dispensing factual and accurate medical advice to people.
An estimated 116,000 American lives could have been saved if the federal government had listened to Dr. Nepute’s advice about Vitamin D. Dr. Nepute is in good spirits about it, because the Justice Department is obviously going to lose. But the times we’re living in are truly scary. A government that will sue an individual for half a trillion dollars because they’re “dangerous” is a government that would be just as willing to execute that person.

The Doctor should counter sue Biden and Fauci for wreckless endangerment of the American people and slander and infringement of his freedom of speech. Should be easy to prove as they have endorsed a dangerous unproven vaccine on all of us. There are plenty of studies from other countries that point out the dangers of the vaccines to include death. I have not been Vaccinated for covid, and will not be! I’ve been taken Vit. D3, Zinc, and Vit. C since covid came about. Had covid once very mild. I will not take any experimental drugs for this epidemic. My brother and his girl friend had the vac. and had covid so bad they had to have the anti-body injections. I am a American Citizen and it was my choice not to be Vac.! Do not need some brainless fool in Washington D.C. to make the decision for me!!
