Biden to Hire 80,000 New IRS Agents to Target the MIDDLE CLASS and CONSERVATIVES — Just Like the Obama Regime Did

Just like Barack Obama, Joe Biden is using the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to target middle class Americans – the backbone of the United States.

Congresswomen Lauren Boehbert took to Twitter to comment on Biden’s IRS plans:

“To get a sense of how large Biden wants to grow our IRS. ElonMusk’s Tesla has about 70,000 employees. Apple has around 154,000 globally. Biden wants our IRS to have 170,000 employees. An increase of 87,000 supposedly to monitor the 614 billionaires in America,” she tweeted Sunday.

To which the Tesla CEO Elon Musk replied:

“The IRS already has dedicated audit teams for high net worth individuals. The doubling of staff is for everyone else,” Musk warned.

Allegedly, the hiring spree is part of the Build Back Better agenda and seeks to crack down on ‘tax dodges,’ according to Politico

Biden’s plan for hiring an additional 87,000 new IRS agents will come at a cost of $80 billion and will no doubt be used again to target conservatives.

Not surprising when the Obama IRS specifically targeted over 400 conservative groups, heavily scrutinizing them.

During his term in office, Obama targeted any political opposition and in a Congressional report, it was revealed that 10% of Tea Party donors were audited by the IRS. Of course no one was ever held responsible for this.

The scandal, that saw the Obama IRS targeting individuals and conservative groups, were in the hundreds, including at least five pro-Israel groups, Constitutional groups, groups that criticized the Obama administration, at least two pro-life groups, a Texas voting-rights group, a Hollywood conservative group, conservative activists and businesses.

The Obama IRS continued to target these groups, even after their harassment was exposed.

In 2014, Republican Rep. Charles W. Boustany Jr. of Louisiana said to IRS commissioner John Koskinen at a hearing that:

“The committee uncovered new information indicating that after groups provided the information to the IRS, nearly one in 10 donors were subject to audit,” he then added that the IRS were abusing their position, saying:

“The abuse of discretion and audit selection must be identified and stopped.”

Another target of the Obama IRS involved pro-life groups, who were excessively investigated when the group was seeking tax-exempt status.

They also inquired about what the content of their prayers were (why?) and attempted to make that pro-life group pledge to not protest Planned Parenthood.

Texas based Christian Voices for Life, were repeatedly asked about their actions around abortion clinics and also the content of their prayer vigils.

During the 2014 investigation into the IRS scandal, House Ways and Means Chairman Dave Camp (R., Mich.) said his committee’s continuing investigation found that the IRS singled out established conservative tax-exempt groups for audits.

“We now know that the IRS targeted not only right-leaning applicants, but also right-leaning groups that were already operating as 501(c)(4)s,” Mr. Camp said in a statement.

“At Washington, DC’s direction, dozens of groups operating as 501(c)(4)s were flagged for IRS surveillance, including monitoring of the groups’ activities, websites and any other publicly available information. Of these groups, 83% were right-leaning. And of the groups the IRS selected for audit, 100% were right-leaning.”

During his opening statement at the hearing, he said:

“Additionally, we now know that the IRS targeted not only right-leaning applicants, but also right-leaning groups that were already operating as 501(c)(4)s. At Washington, DC’s direction, dozens of groups operating as 501(c)(4)s were flagged for IRS surveillance, including monitoring of the groups’ activities, websites and any other publicly available information. Of these groups, 83 percent were right-leaning. And of the groups the IRS selected for audit, 100 percent were right-leaning.”

With the added staff, ready to target  middle class conservatives yet again, it looks as though history is about to repeat itself.
