The women on the US Supreme Court have dealt President Donald Trump and all future presidents a shocking defeat. Masculine Justice Samuel Alito perhaps said it best in his dissenting opinion: “I am stunned.”
According to the ruling issued on March 5, any chintzy little District Court Judge in the United States can force a president to dump untold amounts of taxpayer money into the infested rat-hole known as “foreign aid.” This is a dark day for America. We’re apparently letting district judges set foreign policy now and not the president who we elected. For shame on these women!
We now know, thanks to the efforts of Elon Musk and DOGE, that foreign aid is a scam and a rip-off that steals taxpayer money and delivers it to the relatives of corrupt politicians here in America. If you haven’t kept up with the wildly popular efforts of DOGE, here’s how the foreign aid scam works.
The niece or nephew of Senator Sneaky T. Grifter sets up a 501c3 “non-profit” in the Washington, DC/Northern Virginia area. The non-profit is given a sympathetic-sounding name like the “Society to Promote AIDS Awareness in Some Faraway Land That You Couldn’t Find on a Map with a Gun to Your Head.”
Senator Sneaky T. Grifter then passes an appropriation to send millions of dollars in perpetuity and without oversight to promote AIDS awareness in that faraway land. The money doesn’t actually go to that faraway land. It goes into the bank account of the non-profit being run by the Senator’s niece or nephew.
The non-profit then spends 14 cents to print a poster that says, “Don’t Get AIDS” and hangs it on a lamppost in that faraway land (assuming that the faraway land has electricity and lampposts). For that incredible effort at AIDS awareness, Senator Sneaky T. Grifter’s niece or nephew collects a SEVEN-FIGURE SALARY for running the non-profit.
Why are we spending any taxpayer money at all on things like “AIDS awareness?” We already know how to prevent AIDS. If you don’t want to get AIDS, don’t share dirty drug needles with your junkie friends, and use protection when having sex with hordes of strangers.
There. I fixed AIDS!
Now, where’s my check for a GORILLION dollars in taxpayer money? Oh, wait. I’m not a “non-profit” and my uncle is not a US Senator, so that doesn’t apply to me. I’m just the poor dumb taxpayer who’s required to surrender my money under threat of imprisonment so that Senator Grifter’s niece can have a jacuzzi in her palatial Georgetown mansion.
When DOGE discovered this shockingly corrupt rip-off of the taxpayers, President Trump immediately froze $2 billion in foreign aid payments. District Court Judge Amir Ali—a Biden-appointed judge who might actually be functionally illiterate—ordered the elected President of the United States to dole out that $2 billion in payments so it could be laundered back to the nieces and nephews of US Senators.
“Think of the children with AIDS!”
President Trump had paused the payments—with emphasis on the word “paused.” They were going to do a full and comprehensive audit of where the money goes and whose pockets it was really going to end up in. Because once that taxpayer money is gone, it’s gone forever. A jacuzzi can really drive up a non-profit director’s power bill, after all.
All five Supreme Court Justices who possess uteruses and vaginas ruled against President Trump, saying that he must give that money away right now. Justice Alito wrote in his dissent:
“Does a single district-court judge who likely lacks jurisdiction have the unchecked power to compel the Government of the United States to pay out (and probably lose forever) 2 billion taxpayer dollars?”
“The answer to that question should be an emphatic ‘No,’ but a majority of this Court apparently thinks otherwise. I am stunned.”
So is everyone else. We didn’t vote for District Court Judge Amir Ali. We voted for President Trump. Any lowly District Court judge with a bad case of TDS can now order around the President of the United States.
For the historical record, the five women on the Supreme Court who overruled President Trump were Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, Amy Coney Barrett, Ketanji Brown Jackson, and John Roberts. Can we get rid of these ridiculous women on the Supreme Court before they completely destroy the country?
