A federal court has made it even more difficult for the Democrats to steal the 2024 election in Arizona. A three-judge panel ruled this week to uphold a law that if a voter does not prove they are a US citizen on a state voter registration form, their votes must be discarded.
Even though the 2024 race now looks to be far out of the Democrats’ reach, they will still try to cheat. We know this. Barack Obama has invested too much into his nationwide ballot harvesting operation to give up now. But with this ruling, it puts red-state Arizona even further out of the Democrats’ reach.
The law in question is A.R.S § 16-121.01(C). Democrats sued and gained an injunction against the law, because they are counting on Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’s army of illegal aliens to help steal the 2024 election. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals lifted the injunction and says the law can go into effect.
The law states, “Any application for [state] registration shall be accompanied by satisfactory evidence of citizenship … and the county recorder or other officer in charge of elections shall reject any application for registration that is not accompanied by satisfactory evidence of citizenship.”
Under the old system, if a foreigner tried to register to vote in Arizona, they could not register to vote in state elections if they couldn’t prove they are a US citizen. However, they could still be registered as a federal-only voter, which is insane.
Joe Biden “won” the state of Arizona by 10,357 votes in 2020. However, there were 11,600 federal-only votes cast in that election. That doesn’t even count the additional mountains of fraud that took place in Arizona. But the number of probable foreigners who voted illegally was more than the fake margin of victory.
Note the wording in the law: County recorders “SHALL reject any application for registration that is not accompanied by satisfactory evidence of citizenship.”
It’s not optional. They’re required by law now to toss a state voter registration form in the trash if the person can’t prove they’re a US citizen. They can’t just automatically register them as a federal-only voter. Think of it as a wall that keeps illegal aliens out of our elections—at least in Arizona.
Every instance where we can take the opportunity away from Democrats to cheat in swing states is good news for America. That doesn’t mean we still don’t have our work cut out for us. We all need to show up at the polls and vote for President Trump in November. Grab some friends and drive them to a polling place with you. That way you’ll have somebody to chat with if you get stuck in a long line.
President Trump, meanwhile, is enjoying a nice bump in the polls ever since the Biden White House tried to assassinate him last weekend (or at least made it as easy as possible for someone to attempt it). Trump’s lead in Arizona has expanded to +6, well outside the +/-2-point margin of error.
Trump is also at +5.1 in Nevada, which again, is outside the margin of error. If the election were held today and it was a fair election, Trump would easily win those two states.
The Upper Midwest states remain a challenge, but hopefully that’s where Trump’s selection of JD Vance as his running mate will help. Trump is up +3.3 in Wisconsin, +4.5 in Pennsylvania, and +1.7 in Michigan.
In June 2020, Democrat voters in Bucks County, PA outnumbered Republicans by 15,582 registered voters. As of this week—and thanks to Scott Presler’s relentless voter registration efforts—that margin has been narrowed to just 112 voters. Presler is going to flip an important blue county in Pennsylvania to red all on his own before the November election. (Keep it up, Scott!)
Trump is also up +4 in Georgia and the one that really has the Democrats sweating bullets is Virginia. They’re neck-and-neck, but Trump has a slight +0.4 lead over Biden. Republicans have lost that state to the Democrats in every presidential election since 2004.
Thanks to the court ruling in Arizona, the 2024 election is just a little bit further out of reach from the Democrats’ cheating efforts. That’s a good reason to celebrate and double-down on all our efforts to restore Donald Trump to his rightful place in the White House.
