The Democrat Party moved one step closer on Thursday to taking Joe Biden off the board for the 2024 election. Special Prosecutor David Weiss indicted Hunter Biden on three felony gun charges.
The charges stem from Hunter Biden lying on federal Form 4473, by stating that he was not a drug addict while buying a gun in 2018. This is also happening after Hunter’s sweetheart plea deal with the Justice Department fell apart earlier this year under the scrutiny of a Delaware judge.
It is surprising that Hunter Biden has been charged by the DOJ. However, no one is holding their breath expecting a conviction. This is just a power play by the Deep State to get Joe Biden out of the way, so they can run Gavin Newsom or Michelle Obama or whoever their preferred candidate is in 2024.
The three charges that Hunter faces are as follows.
Count one alleges that he made a false written statement on Form 4473, by claiming that he was not a crackhead as he was purchasing the gun.
Count two alleges that he made a false oral statement to the FFL dealer when he bought the gun. The dealer asked if he was addicted to drugs, and Hunter replied, “No.”
Count three alleges that between October 12 and October 23 of 2018, Hunter Biden illegally possessed a Colt Cobra 38SPL while knowing that he was addicted to illegal drugs.
Lying about drug use on Form 4473 faces a maximum penalty of up to 15 years in federal prison, so it’s a serious charge. Normal people do jail time for committing this crime.
For example, back in May of this year, a 27-year-old Iowa woman named Miracle Star Vaughn was sentenced to a year in prison for it. She lied about her drug addiction on Form 4473, so there’s a direct parallel to the crime Hunter Biden is accused of committing. But does anyone believe that Joe Biden’s son will really end up being sentenced to a year in prison—let alone 15?
Many people are getting excited about Hunter’s indictment, thinking that it could lead to a real conviction. But here is a fact that you likely won’t see reported anywhere else, since most reporters are very stupid when it comes to firearms. This is also why we think this whole thing is bogus and the DOJ will ultimately botch the case so Hunter can go free.
The gun described in count three was a Colt Cobra 38SPL. He only possessed the gun for 11 days before his dead brother’s wife that he was cavorting with threw it in the trash. It makes it sound like this crime was not such a big deal, since he only had the gun for a few days.
But again—the gun in the indictment is a Colt Cobra 38SPL. That’s a snub-nosed revolver.
And it is NOT the gun that Hunter Biden is waving around in many of his human trafficking porno videos that he recorded on his laptop. He’s holding an automatic in those videos, which is a completely different gun than the snub-nosed revolver he’s been charged with possessing. Hunter Biden owned and possessed at least one additional firearm while he was knowingly smoking crack and molesting girls who were probably supplied to him by his Ukrainian mobster friends. He hasn’t been charged with human trafficking, narcotics trafficking, or possessing the second handgun in the commission of all his other “alleged” crimes.
The DOJ has to know about that second handgun, since the FBI has had the Laptop from Hell in its possession since 2019. They’re only charging him with the smaller gun that he had in his possession for 11 days. Doesn’t that sound odd?
Of course, the DOJ can’t charge him for the gun in the videos, because then they would have to finally admit that the laptop is real. It’s not a “Russian disinformation” plot as they’ve been claiming since October of 2020. If they charge him for the gun in the videos, then they’d be forced to charge him with all the other heinous crimes being committed in the videos. Plus, it will open Joe Biden up to potential prosecution if they ever admit the laptop is real.
It’s interesting that he’s being charged right now, when we’re still a little over a year out from the 2024 election. But don’t think that Hunter is ever going to see the inside of a cell, as long as he’s being protected by Joe Biden’s Attorney General Merrick Garland.
