The unelected Biden regime didn’t just spend four years allowing a gazillion illegal aliens into our country. They also set up a nefarious loophole to grant more than three million illegal aliens social security numbers, thus making them technically eligible to vote in the 2024 election.
It’s a miracle that these jerks weren’t able to steal another election out from under us.
Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) uncovered the fraudulent scheme by accident when auditing the Social Security Administration.
Elon Musk revealed this social security fraud scheme during a town hall to support conservative Brad Schimel for the Wisconsin Supreme Court this week. Musk was joined by the CEO of Valor Equity Partners, Antonio Gracias, who is a part of the DOGE team.
We’ve already reported previously about how DOGE had discovered 20 million dead people who are marked as “alive” in the Social Security system.
But as Musk and Gracias explained, the widespread fraud in the SSA is much worse than that. They accidentally uncovered a program in which SSA under the Biden regime had been granting social security numbers to massive numbers of non-citizens.
Once a legal immigrant to the United States earns their permanent residence status (a “green card”), they can apply for a social security number through the Department of Homeland Security. They have to pay a bunch of legal fees, fill out a lot of paperwork, and show a valid ID to apply for an SSN. In a normal year, only about one-third of legal immigrants apply for an SSN.
For example, in 2021, the Biden regime granted green cards to 740,000 legal immigrants. Only 270,000 of them applied for an SNN, according to DOGE.
But in 2022, the number of non-citizens who obtained an SSN shot up to 600,000. In 2023, it was nearly 1 million. And in 2024, the Biden regime granted 2.1 million SSNs to non-citizens. There were only 1.1 million green cards issued in 2024, so there were somehow an additional 1 million foreigners who obtained an SSN.
DOGE tracked down exactly how this scheme worked. Musk and Gracias even took a trip to Laredo and spoke with the Border Patrol to unravel the whole thing.
One of the ways that the Biden regime was allowing illegal aliens into the country was by having the Border Patrol charge them with a minor administrative offense, such as a parking ticket. Border Patrol agents could then release the illegal alien on their own recognizance and issue them a Notice to Appear (NTA) in front of an immigration judge for the offense. The average wait time for a hearing in front of an immigration judge is about six years.
Once they were in the country illegally, the Biden regime instructed them to apply for a work authorization so they could steal a job from an American. When the work authorization paperwork was sent to them, the Social Security Administration automatically sent them their new social security card.
Unlike legal immigrants, Biden’s illegals didn’t even have to show up for an interview or present an ID to get their SSN. Oh, and DOGE says that millions of them were able to use their SSN to sign up for Medicaid and other welfare benefits.
After an illegal alien obtains a social security number (which they’re not allowed to do), it’s fairly easy for them to register to vote in most states. That’s exactly what many of these 3 million illegals with new SSNs did in 2024. That’s not speculation. DOGE checked.
They pulled a random sample of the new non-citizens who obtained SSNs from the Biden regime. It turns out that most of them voted in the 2024 election. Legal immigrants with green cards are not allowed to vote in our federal elections. But Joe Biden’s illegals did vote in 2024.
Musk says that DOGE has referred all those illegal aliens to the Department of Homeland Security for prosecution and deportation.
President Trump “officially” won the election by about 2.3 million popular votes. The true number, if you were to subtract all the illegal aliens who unlawfully voted for Kamala Harris, could have been many millions more than that.
We still have no idea how many illegal aliens the Biden regime allowed into the country over the past four years. We do, however, have a good sense of how many of them were fraudulently granted social security numbers. There’s a paper trail for that. It had to be more than three million over the past three years—and many of them voted illegally to try to keep the Democrats in power. Imagine how big the scale of President Trump’s election victory must have been with all those fraudulent votes being cast for Kamala Harris.
