Last Tuesday, a New York jury decided that Donald Trump never committed rape against an irrelevant former advice columnist name E. Jean Carroll, who Trump had never met before. Then, in truly schizophrenic fashion, the jury ruled that Trump had defamed the crazy rape lady by vehemently denying that he had raped her.
Trump was basically found guilty of verbally defending himself against a lie. This was not quite as big a hoax as the Russia collusion hoax, but there is still a wide-ranging Democrat conspiracy against Trump underpinning all of this.
E. Jean Carroll’s fake, made-up-out-of-thin-air rape accusation against Donald Trump supposedly happened sometime in 1996. She couldn’t remember the month, but whatever. Likewise, her “rape” mirrored a subplot of an episode of “Law and Order” in 2012, but let’s set that aside, too. The statute of limitations on the crime she was falsely accusing Donald Trump of committing had long since expired.
So, how was E. Jean Carroll allowed to sue a former president 27 years after the fact, long after the window to sue him had closed?
We don’t know the exact players involved, because that will come out during the appeal. But what we do know is that billionaire Democrat donor and dirty political trickster Reid Hoffman bankrolled E. Jean Carroll’s suit against Trump. This is the type of dirty political trick that Hoffman will use to smear virtually any Republican who he wants to sideline.
When Judge Roy Moore was running for a US Senate seat for Alabama in 2017, Reid Hoffman created tons of fake “Russian” Twitter accounts to praise Moore online, and make it look like the Russians were interfering in that election. It’s also believed that Hoffman was behind the allegations against Moore that he dated teenage girls when he was in his 30s. Those allegations cost Roy Moore the US Senate race. Then he won an $8.2 million defamation settlement against his political opponents, since the whole thing was a lie.
What’s that have to do with Trump?
The statute of limitations had expired in the fake Trump/E. Jean Carroll case. But the Democrat Party (and possibly Reid Hoffman, although we don’t know he was involved with certainty yet) convinced the New York state legislature to change the law for 1 year, with a “lookback” clause attached to it. The bill was passed and signed into law by Democrat Gov. Kathy Hochul last year.
The day after that bill was signed into law, E. Jean Carroll’s lawyer who was financed by Reid Hoffman sued Donald Trump for rape and defamation. She had the lawsuit written, printed out and ready to go the second that the law was signed. Boy, that was lucky!
Except there was no luck involved and the whole thing was another Democrat conspiracy to “get Trump.”
E. Jean Carroll and her lawyer appeared on CNN after the verdict came down. Carroll admitted to the host that the law was instrumental in why she was even able to bring a case against Donald Trump. Then, she said that her lawyer could explain it better.
Here is what attorney Roberta Kaplan stated on CNN:
“Well, E. Jean actually helped to get that law passed,” Kaplan said.
Oh, really? Do tell!
“It passed last year. We filed – it was Thanksgiving Day, the first day you could sue. We filed it just after midnight on Thanksgiving.”
E. Jean Carroll’s attorney admitted on live television that her client “helped to get that law passed” so she could sue Donald Trump for rape. Is anyone okay with this?
The Democrats had the New York legislature change their rape laws for 1 year and 1 year only, just so that a failed advice columnist who is a total weirdo could falsely sue Donald Trump for rape. And they got the governor of New York to sign this temporary “Get Trump” bill into law.
Reid Hoffman bankrolled the lawsuit, and it was filed at the exact moment that it could be, at midnight last Thanksgiving. This was also, conveniently, just a few days after President Trump had announced his reelection campaign. Not only was the civil suit another politically motivated lawfare attack, but the conspiracy also required the involvement of the New York legislature and the governor changing a law, just so they could try to smear Trump.
