With the Democratic party already panicking over what President Barack Obama’s role in the Russiagate hoax means for them, ANOTHER bombshell has been dropped which exposes a DIFFERENT scandal involving ANOTHER top Democrat… Hillary Clinton.
Two senior Republican lawmakers say the FBI failed to review critical evidence in the Hillary Clinton email investigation, raising new questions about the integrity of the bureau’s handling of the case. Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and House Intelligence Committee Chairman Rick Crawford (R-AR) revealed that the FBI had been in possession of thumb drives containing potentially significant information related to Clinton’s use of a private email server — but allowed them to sit untouched in an FBI office for six years.
While serving in her position as Obama’s Secretary of State, Clinton used a private email server for official agency communications and then deleted them all with a high-tech software that make it impossible for even the most skilled hackers at the NSA to recover.
The move put thousands of sensitive emails containing classified information at risk, but it ALSO shielded her from having to reveal her emails to the public in the event of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.
The FBI conducted a multi-year investigation into the matter, but in 2016 then-FBI Director James Comey ultimately recommended that no charges be filed against Clinton — a decision that has remained controversial, particularly given that she was running for president at the time against Donald Trump and considering his social media posts drumming up support to ‘8647,’ a reference to taking out the 47th president, Donald Trump.
Grassley and Crawford released a letter addressed directly to FBI Director Kash Patel, shedding light on the matter while demanding that the FBI go back and take another look to see if Clinton is REALLY as innocent as Comey’s FBI claimed she was…
“Comey’s FBI shockingly failed to review and exploit evidence in its own possession, even though they admitted in written memos the information was necessary to conduct a ‘thorough and complete investigation,” the lawmakers wrote. “We now write to stress the importance that this material be immediately dug out from hiding and properly assessed.”
The thumb-drives reportedly contain sensitive intelligence, foreign communications, and damning evidence related to Hillary Clinton, the Clinton Foundation and Barack Obama.
These lawmakers pointed out that the decision to omit or cover up this evidence from their investigation is yet another example of why so many people lost trust in the FBI to conduct non-partisan investigations. “How evidence which purportedly includes information related to ‘former President Barack Obama’s emails’ and ‘network infrastructure diagrams for
U.S. government classified networks’, remained unreviewed by the preeminent law enforcement agency in the world is mind-numbing.”
Under previous partisan leaders, the FBI was not just finding ways to work with the rest of the intelligence community to frame Trump as a foreign asset they were also covering for Democrats potential crimes in the process.
Grassley and Crawford are now demanding that the FBI review the long-overlooked material, which they say includes sensitive intelligence and communications relevant to Clinton, the Clinton Foundation, and the State Department. Whether the omission was due to negligence or something more deliberate, they argue, the public deserves a full accounting. “We know you will not similarly ignore evidence in your agency’s possession, no matter where its exploitation or conclusions might lead,” the lawmakers wrote.
