FDA Gave Shock Approval to Moderna Spikevax While RFK Jr. Was on Vacation

The newly formed White House MAHA Committee has been working steadily toward a full ban on all mRNA injections, including the so-called COVID “vaccines.” That was all turned upside-down a few days ago when Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., was on vacation. Without notifying RFK, the FDA gave full approval to inject the Moderna Spikevax into babies as young as 6 months of age. RFK fired two of his top aides when he learned about the betrayal. One of them went bonkers and allegedly smashed his car in the parking lot!

Imagine if President Donald Trump went on vacation for a few days and then Vice President JD Vance launched a war against Canada—without even mentioning it to his boss or getting the okay to do so. That is how crazy this story is.

RFK launched his presidential campaign in April 2023. He and his wife haven’t taken a vacation since then. It’s summer and HHS is humming along, carrying out its mission to Make America Healthy Again. No one could possibly begrudge Kennedy for taking a few days off in July. It’s not as if he’s spending 60% of his time at a beach house in Delaware like you-know-who.

But while RFK and Cheryl Hines were enjoying some R&R, the FDA suddenly approved the supplemental Biologics License Application (sBLA) for Moderna’s Spikevax. The FDA granted the approval for “children 6 months through 11 years of age who are at increased risk for COVID-19 disease.”

Neither Kennedy nor his Deputy Chief of Staff Stephanie Spears were informed or briefed ahead of the decision. On July 16, White House correspondent Emerald Robinson tweeted that FDA Commissioner Dr. Marty Makary “did not inform @RobertKennedyJr (who was on vacation) or his office that FDA was going to approve the mRNA shots for children.”

The very next day, Kennedy fired his Chief of Staff Heather Melanson and Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy Hannah Anderson.

According to Dr. Robert Malone, who was recently appointed to serve on the restructured Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), Hannah Anderson did not take the news well. She was escorted out of the HHS building by security. Then, she smashed her car into RFK’s government-provided vehicle.

Hell hath no fury like a liberal white woman fired from her cushy government job.

This is a disaster. Not the crazy liberal white lady. We’re all used to those. But the FDA approval for Moderna’s mRNA jab—that’s a disaster.

What in the actual hell was Dr. Marty Makary thinking?

He has to know that the MAHA Committee and White House officials were moving toward a full ban on mRNA shots. Everyone at HHS is talking about it. Millions of vaccine-injured Americans have been waiting for that to happen.

If mRNA shots are banned, the liability shield that Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson enjoy under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for the injuries they cause goes away. Americans who were blinded, crippled, sexually sterilized, paralyzed, or otherwise injured by the jabs would finally be able to sue these companies for damages.

The FDA just threw a massive wrench in the works that could derail the entire MAHA agenda. Moderna now has liability shielding if some uninformed parent is pressured by their doctor to inject their baby with the dangerous Spikevax shots. Imagine the field day that the Fake News Media will have with this if the MAHA Committee does ban the shots.

“How can you ban these shots, Secretary Kennedy, when the FDA under your authority just said that the shots are safe for babies?”

What a mess. What an absolute train wreck of a mess.

Dr. Marty Makary needs to go. This is inexcusable. The next time that your boss goes on vacation, try doing the exact opposite of what he wants you to do. Let us know how that works out for you.

RFK has the authority under the Public Health Service Act to fire and remove an FDA Commissioner. That seems more than merited, considering the way that the FDA just stabbed the MAHA movement and millions of injured Americans in the back.
