It’s no secret that the COVID mRNA shots are incredibly dangerous to young and healthy people. Even the CDC’s own internal data, which we’ve reported on extensively, shows that around 500,000 young Americans between the ages of 0 and 44 were killed by the shots. That’s the equivalent of nearly ten Vietnam wars, or five years’ worth of fentanyl poisonings rolled into a single vaccine.
Knowing what we know now, how is it possible that there are still colleges and universities that mandate the vaccine for students? This is still happening, despite the fact that a federal court has just ruled that college vaccine mandates are unconstitutional.
The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora made the COVID vaccines mandatory for all students wanting to attend on-campus classes and events. The mandate went into effect in September 2021. It was still in effect as of last week.
Like most of the college vaccine mandates, the one at UC Anschutz was suspicious from the very beginning. The vaccines were mandatory for the young and health college students who didn’t need them, but optional for the professors and janitors at the school. (Professors and janitors have labor unions that donate to Joe Biden and the Democrats, while students don’t.)
The University initially said it would honor religious exemptions. But when nearly every student tried to claim a religious exemption, the University later changed its policy so that it would only recognize exemptions for religions that regularly shun all vaccines. For example, a Christian Scientist or a Muslim student could get an exemption, but not a Buddhist, Protestant, or Catholic.
A group of 17 students sued the university after their religious exemptions were denied. U.S. District Judge Raymond Moore, an Obama appointee, initially sided with the university back in 2022. The Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals swatted down Judge Moore’s ruling last week.
The court ruled that the university had “rejected applicants’ beliefs based not on their sincerity, but rather on their perceived validity.”
Even after students tried to articulate their religious beliefs to school administrators, their applications were still rejected. In one example, the administrators decided that it was “morally acceptable” for Catholic students to take the vaccines (even though they’re made from aborted baby parts). Any stance that differed from the opinion of the administrators was deemed a personal objection and not a religious belief.
Because if anyone understands the deep-seated religious beliefs of others, it’s an atheistic communist administrator at a university!
The Appeals court also ruled that because the policy discriminated against some religions but not others, it was a clear violation of the First Amendment.
So, the vaccine mandate at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus has finally been struck down. The amazing thing is that there are still another two dozen colleges and universities in America that still require students to take the COVID vaccine if they want to set foot on campus.
During the heyday of the pandemic, there were more than 1,000 colleges that made the shots mandatory. Most of those mandates were quietly repealed when administrators realized just how much the public hated the requirement.
In case you’re thinking of sending your student off to college next fall, here are the remaining 28 bastions of retarded communism that still require young and healthy people to take the dangerous mRNA shots.
California:
CSU Cal Poly Humboldt; CSU Dominguez Hills; CSU San Francisco State; Harvey Mudd College; Mount St. Mary’s University; Pitzer College; Pomona College; University of San Francisco; Scripps College.
Connecticut:
Mitchell College.
DC:
Trinity Washington University.
Georgia:
Clark Atlanta University; Morehouse; Morris Brown College; Oglethorpe University; Spelman.
Illinois:
Methodist College.
Louisiana:
Dillard University; Southern University System.
Michigan:
Wayne State University.
New Hampshire:
Franklin Pierce.
New York:
Mount St. Vincent.
Ohio:
Kenyon; Oberlin.
Oregon:
Reed College.
Pennsylvania:
Bryn Mawr; Haverford; Swarthmore.
The administrators at those 28 institutions are so stupid (or evil) that they are still mandating the COVID shots, despite all the mountains of evidence showing how dangerous they are.
It makes sense that California would lead the nation in the number of colleges that are still mandating the deadly coronavirus shots. But what’s going on in Georgia and Ohio? Are the legislatures in those states simply asleep at the switch? No college or university that accepts taxpayer money should be allowed to continue with these vaccine mandates.
