Alabama has charged an illegal immigrant from Guatemala with stealing a U.S. citizen’s identity and voting in SEVERAL U.S. elections dating all the way back to 2011.
But I thought this sort of thing didn’t happen? I thought that was just a racist right-wing conspiracy theory?
The U.S. Attorney’s Office from northern Alabama stated in a press release that illegal immigrant Angelica Maria Francisco, 42, “has been charged in connection with her fraudulent assumption of a United States citizen’s identity and her use of that identity to vote in multiple elections and obtain multiple United States passports.”
Not only is this most definitely NOT a conspiracy theory as the Democrats have been insisting for years, but there are very likely MILLIONS more illegal voters like this who are defrauding our elections.
Francisco has been living in Russellville, Alabama for the majority of her time in the U.S. where she made “false claims of citizenship in connection with voting, false statements in application for a United States passport, use of a United States passport obtained by false statements, and aggravated identity theft.”
The false claims of citizenship portion is EXTREMELY important to pay attention to because it’s this simple crime which enables illegal immigrants to vote in elections.
President Joe Biden and his Border Czar Vice President Kamala Harris have been mandating that any state offices which deal with federal assistance in any way are required to provide voter registration forms to the people that come to them for help – regardless of immigration status.
This means that Social Security, Medicare, and other welfare offices in every state are FORCED to provide voter registration forms.
Illegal Immigrants are (for some reason) eligible for ALL of the major federal public assistance programs and they are certainly not shy about taking advantage of that.
So when these illegals go to these places looking for tax-payer funded assistance, they leave there with a voter registration form where the only proof of citizenship requirement is a good faith checkbox where illegals are asked if they are citizens and given the option to select “yes” or no.”
This is where the false claim of citizenship comes into play because there’s really no reason for an illegal alien NOT to check that they’re a citizen, especially considering that there is a fun little subtext in the law that is supposed to prevent this which states that if they reasonably believed they were a citizen at the time, then they can’t be charged with a crime.
Logically speaking, after being granted more tax-payer funded assistance than the vast majority of U.S. citizens could EVER get, it’s not a stretch for illegals to make the claim that they did in fact reasonably believe they were citizens.
Considering the sheer number of illegals this Biden-Harris regime has imported over the last four years, just imagine how many more illegal voters the Democrats have managed to create.
The Alabama illegal only really got caught because of the identity theft portion of her crimes which saw her not only use this stolen ID to obtain a passport, but also to use it to travel to and from Guatemala on at least 4 separate occasions.
Had it not been for that, the Biden-Harris DOJ would have happily helped her get away with it – after all, they know they’re going to need every last voter this November if they want to win another election.
