Kamala Harris is running what many of us consider to be the worst presidential campaign that any of us have seen in our lifetimes. She doesn’t have any policies and every time she attacks Donald Trump or his supporters, it only energizes Trump’s voters more.
She dropped out before the 2020 primaries even started and before being anointed as the nominee this year, she had never earned a vote from a single American in any presidential election.
The election may still come down to Democrat Party fraud that happens after Election Day, but as of right now, it’s looking like this thing is going to be too big to rig.
The Harris campaign has quietly ceded North Carolina and Nevada to Donald Trump. They won’t admit this out loud, but they’re pulling money and resources out of both those states as we speak in the last few days before the election. They are narrowing their focus to the other swing states to ensur Harris still has a path to victory if she loses those two swing states.
Trump is campaigning in all the swing states, but he’s also campaigning in the “reach” states in the final days, which should tell you something about the state of this race. A few months ago, no one believed that he would have any chance of winning New Mexico, New Hampshire, or Virginia. Yet he’s campaigning in those states.
As of last Thursday, Trump is projected to win New Hampshire by RealClearPolitics. This is a total flip-flop from where Trump has been all year. Joe Biden “won” New Hampshire by almost 50,000 votes in 2020 (one of many “anomalies” that happened in that election). This year, New Hampshire is expected to go back to being a state decided by fewer than 10,000 votes.
Trump is holding a rally in Salem, Virginia on Saturday. Virginia is a state that hasn’t been won by a Republican presidential candidate since George W. Bush in 2004. I still maintain that Trump won Virginia in 2020. It was mathematically impossible for Biden to overcome Trump’s margin of victory by about 10 p.m. in Virginia that year, but then it mysteriously happened overnight.
It also never made sense that Glenn Youngkin turned around next year and won the race for governor in Virginia. Youngkin has been a good governor, but he’s no Donald Trump in terms of popularity and driving voter turnout.
Trump flew into New Mexico for a rally on Thursday, before heading to Arizona that evening for a live event with Tucker Carlson. Trump told the crowd he plans to seal the border, deport the illegals who have flooded New Mexico, and unleash the state’s oil and gas potential.
“She [Harris] will destroy over 90,000 oil and gas jobs in New Mexico,” stated Trump. “They’ll put your state, your state will go back to a level of poverty.”
There is absolutely no way that President Trump would be flying into New Mexico during the last week of the campaign if the internal polling wasn’t telling him he has a chance of winning there. They must be sweating bullets in the Harris campaign right now.
Minnesota is one of the big shockers of the 2024 election. The last Republican presidential candidate to win that state was Richard Nixon in 1972. One of the biggest blunders of the Harris campaign was picking the state’s wildly unpopular governor, Tampon Tim, as her running mate.
They’re all going to be kicking themselves when Harris loses Pennsylvania to Donald Trump. Josh Shapiro, the Jewish Governor of Pennsylvania, would have been a much stronger pick even if every Muslim in Michigan, which there are a lot of in the state, voted against the ticket.
Tampon Tim’s Stolen Valor scandal hit the campaign much harder than they might have expected. Instead of shoring up the military vote, Walz’s history of lying about his service has been a catastrophe with veterans and their family members.
It also didn’t help this week when a Chinese spy admitted to an adulterous affair with Walz when he was making all those trips to China. We’re just surprised that it was a woman who admitted it.
Trump and the RNC also won a lawsuit in front of the Minnesota Supreme Court on Thursday afternoon. The state hadn’t appointed any of the Republicans provided for signature verification by the state GOP. They appointed a bunch of Liz Cheneys for the job. The court ruled that Minnesota had broken the law and needed to now appoint all the Republicans on the list. That’s big.
When the dust settles from the 2024 election, the map is not going to look the same as in 2020.
