Irony is truly funny sometimes. After “they” stole the 2020 election and forced Joe Biden on the country—the single worst White House occupant in American history—they are now stuck with Biden as the nominee in 2024.
They had hoped that Diaper Joe would be a one-termer. What they didn’t anticipate was all of the corruption skeletons in the Biden Crime Family’s closets would be uncovered.
Joe Biden has to stay in office for Joe Biden because that’s the only thing keeping him and his drug addicted son out of jail. Several major deadlines have also passed now, so one of the only ways that Joe Biden can end up being replaced is if he dies.
On Friday, the deadlines passed for candidates to file to run for president in 11 more states and DC: Alaska, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Maryland, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oregon, South Dakota, Wyoming, and the District of Columbia. Let’s just pick one of those states at random and see who made the filing deadline.
How about New Jersey?
On the Republican side, it’s Donald Trump and some person named “Nikki Haley.”
On the Democrat side, it’s Joe Biden, Marianne Williamson (who dropped out last week), and Rep. Dean Phillips (D-MN) who is polling at 3.8% in New Jersey.
If you’re not one of those five people, you can’t get on the ballot in New Jersey for 2024. These are all public filings, by the way. If Michelle Obama or Hair Gel Hitler (Gavin Newsom) from California were dashing about and secretly filing to run, we’d know about it.
The filing deadline has now passed in 39 states. The Democrats have no option to put someone else in at this point. States cannot change their laws after the presidential contest has begun any more than the NFL can change the rules of football after the Super Bowl kickoff takes place. There is no contingency in place for a scenario in which the powers-that-be realize, belatedly, that their candidate is a train wreck.
The DNC does have a contingency in its bylaws, in case a candidate vacancy turns up. That would only happen in one of two ways. Joe Biden would have to step down in one scenario. We know that’s not going to happen because the Biden Crime Family needs that pardon power on their side for as long as possible. The other is if Joe kicks the bucket.
In the event of a vacancy, the DNC can hold an emergency meeting to elect a replacement. That only works if Joe dies, however. If he stays in the race, they don’t have a vacancy—and therefore they’re stuck with him.
Even if Joe were to step down tomorrow—and he’s too mean, arrogant, and spiteful to do that—it would leave the Democrats with no good option. Kamala is not going to step aside now that she’s this close to the brass ring. You have no idea the stuff she’s had to do to rise this high in the American power structure. I’m pretty sure we don’t want to know, either.
Maybe the DNC can jury-rig something to cheat Joe out of the nomination at the convention this summer, but that doesn’t take place until August 19th. That would leave their hypothetical “parachute” candidate just two months to run for president against Donald Trump. Who would want to do that?
Newsweek is fretting right now because they’ve crunched the numbers, and it looks like Donald Trump is going to be the first Republican candidate to win both the Electoral College and the popular vote since George W. Bush in 2004. Joe Biden has been such a disaster for the country that New York is in play for Trump. He’s planning rallies at Madison Square Garden and in the South Bronx.

Although confusing depending on the time and circumstances, “ballot access” rules allow several states to change their own filing requirements. It is even feasible that if Biden doesn’t earn enough delegates that he can be replaced at the DNC convention. So the dems aren’t sunk yet but their situation could get pretty messy the longer they wait.
