Leaked Border Patrol Documents Show 160K Illegal Immigrants Released This Year

Leaked documents from Customs and Border Patrol revealed this week that more than 160,000 illegal immigrants have been released into the nation since March of this year.

The total includes 70,000 released in the past two months! Of those 70,000, Fox News reported “more than 30,000 eligible for work permits since August.”

Not only are immigrants being freely released into the country. The government is authorizing them to legally work in America.

How will that impact others wanting to come to America? It’s no surprise that even more will flood the already open border as expectations of staying and finding employment increase.

The parole status has been used only rarely in the past. However, the Biden administration has liberally used the approach to allow immigrants to legally remain in America and be eligible for employment. Of course, these immigrants are supposed to self-report to ICE, but that rarely happens, especially when the notice to appear clearly says they are not going to be deported.

How many people are we talking about? “The agency has not released its numbers for September, but in both July and August there were more than 200,000 migrant encounters, marking some of the highest numbers in two decades. Since then, migrants have kept coming in large numbers. According to the documents, Rio Grande Valley encountered 5,900 migrants in one week, while Del Rio encountered more than 2,900 in the same period,” Fox News reported.

So far, more than 1.2 illegal immigrants have been reported through the first eight months of the year. We’re on track for two million by the end of 2021. That’s about the number of people who live in a large city like Nashville joining our nation illegally in 12 months.

Keep in mind that most of these people are coming here from impoverished areas looking for work and education. Our nation is all for helping, but we’re importing high levels of low income people with no vetting.

Just this week, a convicted criminal and registered sex offender in the state of Georgia who was back in his home country of Mexico was re-arrested in Laredo, Texas with a group of migrants. How many times does this happen and the person is not apprehended?

The illegal immigration numbers do not even include what are known as got-aways — those who escape apprehension from authorities. Thousands more have crossed our border this year, especially as Border Patrol resources have been strained.

Now we’re being told 60,000 migrants have gone through Panama on their way to America. This could be five times the size of the recent Del Rio, Texas, migrant camp. Is the government doing anything to prepare? Nope. Just Biden turning away from questions and returning from a seven-minute speech about ports being open later.

Our border crisis has reach critical levels. We need to shut it down. God help us if the Biden administration’s reckless open border policies continue much longer.
