DC Circuit Court Judge Beryl Howell recently spoke before a crowd and ended up delivering one disturbingly unhinged anti-Trump rant which saw her claim that the former president is marching America towards “authoritarianism,” and must be stopped.
Beryl Howell is not just any random judge. She happens to be the one who directly oversees DOJ Special Counsel Jack Smith’s political hitjob on Donald Trump. She has been responsible for granting Smith a number of unconstitutional requests – such as approving his demand for a list of the hundreds of thousands of people who supported Trump on social media platform X.
In her rant, the activist judge said that America is encroaching on full-blown authoritarianism, which is certainly true, just not for the reasons she said.
Howell claimed that a “tyrannical” Donald Trump is responsible for the authoritarian shift in America because of his “Big lie” that the 2020 election was stolen.
“My D.C. judicial colleagues and I regularly see the impact of big lies at the sentencing of hundreds, hundreds of individuals who have been convicted for offense conduct on Jan. 6, 2021, when they disrupted the certification of the 2020 presidential election at the U.S. Capitol,” said Howell.
She added, “We are having a very surprising and downright troubling moment in this country when the very importance of facts is dismissed, or ignored,” Howell claimed implying that the former president is spreading authoritarian lies.
“That’s very risky business for all of us in our democracy…The facts matter,” Howell moaned.
Never mind the fact that the election really was stolen by the Democrats, or that those same Democrats have weaponized the DOJ and the courts to stop him from doing anything about it – OBVIOUSLY Trump is the authoritarian, not them!
This far-left judge was installed by Barack Obama back in 2010 and while spearheading the DOJ’s January 6 response, she was responsible for handing out some of the most harsh sentences to January 6 defendants, while pressuring others at the DOJ to give even harsher sentences.
It’s pretty obvious from her history of blindly persecuting J6 defendants that, contrary to her rant, the facts certainly do NOT matter to her.
All that she concerns herself with is advancing the left-wing agenda to demonize Trump and his supporters to prevent him from winning a second term.
She has repeatedly forced Trump’s attorneys to ignore attorney client privilege and turn over private records.
Even before January 6th, Howell has been a hardcore never-Trumper who had a hand in trying to “get” Trump via the Mueller probe which attempted to claim that he colluded with the Russians to win in 2016.
If Trump ever had a shot at a fair trial it’s certainly NOT with this insane radical who very clearly has no interest in even pretending to be fair.
Howell is a complete partisan hack and as long as she holds his fate in her hands, Trump is in big trouble.

Judge Beth Howell is stupid and ignorant, so much for another of Americas Judges that squeeze a paycheck out of the taxpayer cash cow government. These are problem, people that have infiltrated our legal system without shame to sit and boast about how much they can hurt you. These people are ugly Americans and can be either Democrat or Republican, but you have to call them as you see them, and she is a sorry POS biased marxist. SCOTUS needs to demote this biased Judge and take away her retirement period.
Why doesn’t the Supreme Court disbarred these radical judges. It is within their jurisdiction to do so. Why let these radicals continue to destroy our Judicial System without paying the consequences for their treasonable acts?
