We really could have used Matt Gaetz as America’s Attorney General for the moment we’re living through right now. We need a lawyer who is mean, tough as nails, and smart to be running the DOJ. Someone who will go after the Democrat Party’s domestic terror groups and destroy them root and branch. We shouldn’t just stop at breaking up the individual terror cells but also go after the individuals and organizations financing them. Instead, we’re stuck with Pam Bondi.
Rather than going after the Democrat Party’s terror cells that murdered Charlie Kirk and others, Bondi says she’s identified the real culprits: the store that sells staplers!
Why is she so dumb? How did we end up with such a terrible lawyer as Attorney General?
Oh, right. Senate Republicans are a bunch of cowards and refused to confirm Matt Gaetz.
Pam Bondi appeared on a podcast this week and claimed that her highest, tippy-top priority right now is prosecuting “hate speech” in the wake of Charlie Kirk’s assassination.
In the clip above, Bondi is referring to an Office Depot store where the little communist employees refused to print a flyer for a Charlie Kirk memorial. The incident sparked public outrage and Office Depot fired the employees.
Someone needs to remind Bondi of a couple of things. One is that “hate speech” is a fake concept that Barack Obama invented. There are no laws on the books against “hate speech.” There is no such thing as “hate speech.” Even if the most rabid communist college professor says something vile about Charlie Kirk, that’s not “hate speech.” It’s just “speech” and it’s allowed under something called the First Amendment.
Bondi also needs to be reminded that conservatives have now spent more than a decade fighting for the right to refuse service to people based on political or ideological differences. Which was also Barack Obama’s fault.
Remember Jack Phillips? He’s the owner of Masterpiece Cake Shop in Lakewood, Colorado.
When a gay couple tried to have Phillips bake them their wedding cake, he refused. They sued him, with help from the Democrats in the Colorado Civil Rights Commission and the Obama administration.
Phillips was tied up in court for six years on that one case. Finally, in 2018, the US Supreme Court ruled 7-2 that Phillips could not be forced to bake a cake he didn’t want to. The court ruled that the Colorado Civil Rights Commission had violated Phillips’ right to freedom of religion.
On the same day in 2017 when the Supreme Court agreed to take up the Phillips case, a transgender lawyer/activist went to Masterpiece Cake Shop and demanded that Jack bake him a gender transitioning cake. When Jack refused, the tranny lawyer immediately filed another lawsuit against him.
Phillips eventually won that case as well, last year. From 2012 through 2024, Democrats fought to force conservatives to provide services to customers based on ideas that were politically repugnant to us.
If Pam Bondi prosecutes Office Depot for refusing to print a Charlie Kirk memorial page, she’s wasting time and undoing the hard work that conservatives have done on speech rights. Office Depot refused to print a Charlie Kirk memorial. The store had the right to do that. That was not “hate speech.”
The store then fired the employees for their actions due to public backlash. That was also legal. Free speech and free markets took care of the whole situation and now it’s over. The American people handled the situation without trampling on anyone’s rights. We spoke out, the employees got fired, and that was it. We didn’t require the enforcement of Barack Obama’s “hate speech” thing that isn’t even a law.
This is infuriating. This woman has missed the whole point of the historic moment we’re in. The American people don’t want anyone prosecuted for non-existent “hate speech” laws. Charlie Kirk didn’t want that! Do you think the Democrats won’t run with that one if she sets some sort of precedent?
We want an Attorney General to crack skulls and root out the communist terror cells that the Democrats have spent decades setting up. We want ruthless, relentless pursuit of evil. Instead, we have a Fox News darling who doesn’t even seem to realize what the real problem is here.
