Chief Justice John Roberts had the members of the US Supreme Court stay up until the wee hours of the night over Easter Weekend to help stop the Bad Orange Man. The high court issued an emergency injunction to stop President Trump from using Article 2 emergency powers to deport foreign soldiers back to their home country of Venezuela.
As if Tren de Aragua members have due process.
The Supreme Court has now joined the Democrat Party in supporting foreign invaders over the American people. This is incredibly dangerous for the future of our country.
The US has been at odds with the communist government of Venezuela for many years now. When Joe Biden threw open our borders, President Nicolas Maduro saw his opportunity. He started sending Tren de Aragua members north. If he could distract the United States by destabilizing our country from within, maybe the US government would ignore the fact that he’s selling oil on the cheap to our enemies.
Sure, Tren de Aragua is a criminal organization that’s been branded a terrorist group by the Trump administration. But most of its members have been trained by the Venezuelan military. This was a foreign intelligence operation waged against the United States. Venezuela sent more illegal aliens to the US than any other country for the past four years.
President Trump evoked his emergency Article 2 powers under the Alien Enemies Act of 1798. That law gives any president emergency powers to detain illegal aliens “during times of war, invasion, or predatory incursion.” Congress has not seen any reason to amend that law in the past 227 years. The Supreme Court suddenly decided that it’s a problem if Donald Trump tries to use a law that’s been in place for every previous president.
John Roberts has done more than simply usurp presidential authority with this emergency injunction on behalf of foreign invaders. He destroyed all previous court precedents in the United States. The lower courts hadn’t even ruled on this question yet. Roberts jumped over the lower courts just to stop President Trump at 1:00 in the morning on Easter Weekend, as the Border Patrol was loading Tren de Aragua soldiers onto buses to ship them out of the country.
I’m more convinced than ever that somebody must have some really nasty blackmail material on John Roberts.

CCTV footage has been released of Starmer allegedly engaging in “Strange Obama Love” with Lord Waheed Alli in a “private club.” Mrs. Starmer was unimpressed with the footage. She’s secured a team of high-powered divorce lawyers.
Good ol’ Kier is on the verge of losing his political career and his marriage because an intelligence agency decided to pull the trigger and release his blackmail file. This stuff happens all the time.
By breaking the law in this fashion, the Supreme Court has now put President Trump between a rock and a hard place. He was elected very specifically to solve this problem that Joe Biden illegally created. A CNN poll found that 56% of Americans now support President Trump deporting all illegal aliens from the country. Not just the criminals and terrorists like Tren de Aragua. All of them. Including women and children. No exceptions.
If President Trump fails to carry out the main mission that we elected him for, we’re going to lose our country. But if he ignores an order from the Supreme Court, it puts Trump in jeopardy if the Democrats retake Congress in the 2026 midterms. They’ll just impeach him over and over again.
The Supreme Court under John Roberts refused to grant emergency relief to Christians in California during COVID. They simply wanted to exercise their First Amendment rights by holding church services while Gavin Newsom was dining at the French Laundry. None of the peaceful January 6 protesters were granted emergency relief or due process by the Roberts court.
But the court will stay up until 1:00 in the morning on Easter Weekend to prevent Donald Trump from deporting foreign terrorists who are sex trafficking children, running extortion rackets on renters in Aurora, CO, and gunning innocent Americans down at the grocery store. The courts have left President Trump with no good solutions here. And as voters, we’re going to need to treat the 2026 midterms with just as much importance as we did the 2024 election.
The courts need to understand that the voters have President Trump’s back—and we’re not going to accept any more of this judicial tyranny.
