One of the first tasks that the Trump Department of Justice must undertake in January 2025 is a criminal investigation into the conspiracy to hide Joe Biden’s mental decline. Setting aside the fact that the 2020 election was stolen (which must also be criminally investigated), the guy that they installed in the presidency hasn’t even been running the country.
This conspiracy defrauded the American people and completely subverted democracy because an unelected shadow government has been running the country the whole time. People deserve to go to jail for this.
Federal law 18 U.S.C. § 371—Conspiracy to Defraud the United States makes it an offense “[i]f two or more persons conspire either to commit any offense against the United States, or to defraud the United States, or any agency thereof in any manner or for any purpose.”
What could be a greater act of felony fraud against the United States than having the White House and a bunch of other people pretend that Joe Biden is an adult with a functional brain who is running the country, when in fact he has the mental capacity of a toddler?
Tucker Carlson first reported on Fox News that Joe Biden had dementia back in 2019, during the Democrat Party primaries. Joe Biden’s sister was the source of that information. She told Tucker Carlson’s source specifically that the extended family was upset that Biden was running for president because he has dementia.
We were the first to report in 2020 that Joe Biden’s campaign was juicing him up with a cocktail of amphetamines and barbiturates before any public appearances. Those narcotics have been clinically proven to temporarily induce cognition in dementia patients for short periods, such as a one-hour debate with Donald Trump. Months after we reported this, Tucker Carlson also confirmed it. He had a source in the Biden campaign who had seen Joe Biden receiving these injections before speeches or interviews.
Every Democrat in Congress knew that Joe Biden was non-functional and refused to tell the American people.
The Wall Street Journal just reported this next story on Sunday night. Joe Biden held a caucus meeting with all the Democrats in the House and Senate. He was supposed to deliver 30-minute remarks on legislative priorities that his “administration” wanted to see passed by Congress. For 30 minutes straight, Joe Biden stood there and spouted gibberish, balderdash, gobbledygook, poppycock, codswallop, and crapola.
It was like trying to listen to a crazy person for half an hour. He never even mentioned any of the bills that he wanted his party to try to push through Congress. After his embarrassed handlers led him out of the room like a dog, a flustered Nancy Pelosi then stood up and explained to the Democrat caucus what Joe Biden had actually meant to say.
Every Democrat in the House and Senate knew after that meeting that something was seriously wrong with Joe Biden. He never met with his own party’s caucus in Congress again after that night.
That meeting took place in OCTOBER OF 2021.
Less than a year into his fake and unelected “presidency,” every Democrat knew that Joe Biden did not have a functional brain and that he was not really the one running the country. They all knew and none of them spoke out, which makes them all a party to this conspiracy to defraud America.
Biden’s last meeting with his full Cabinet was on October 2, 2023. Biden’s Cabinet members had to have known and helped cover it up. Kamala Harris had to know and covered it up.
It’s not like there weren’t any warning signs. He turns around and tries to shake hands with the air after he gives speeches. He can’t remember people’s names. He called Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin “the black guy” in an interview just this month. He talks about recent meetings that he’s had with foreign leaders who have been dead for years or sometimes decades. He struggles to manage the kiddie stairs on Air Force One.
The media knew that Biden was non-functional as well and they should be charged with the cover-up. This was a massive, thinly veiled conspiracy to hide the fact that Joe Biden hasn’t been running anything. He can’t even ride a bicycle!
This cover-up was an illegal conspiracy to defraud the United States and everyone involved in it deserves to be prosecuted.
