We’ve reported many times on the damning data in the CDC and FDA’s Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) which shows alarming safety signals related to the mRNA COVID shots. Despite showing that the shots injured millions and killed tens of thousands of people, our public health agencies have always shrugged the VAERS data off.
What we didn’t know until very recently is that the government has a secret, back-end section of VAERS that they do not want you to ever see.
The public-facing portion of VAERS has the preliminary reports of vaccine injuries. These can be input by nurses in the hospital system or by individuals. The public-facing reports can tell you that someone died shortly after being vaccinated, but it doesn’t go into any detail. Public health officials can shrug it off as a coincidence that a teenager died shortly after being vaccinated.
The secret database, however, contains follow-up information on many of the cases listed in VAERS. Unbeknownst to the public, a lot of autopsies were performed on people whose deaths were reported to VAERS. The conclusion of many doctors performing these autopsies in the private portion of the database was that the COVID mRNA shots killed them.
America First Legal has been suing the Biden regime and the FDA on behalf of Just the News, which has been trying to get this secret database released under Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) rules. This week, the Department of Justice and the Department of Health and Human Services asked US District Judge Reggie Walton for a delay until at least 2026 before they must release the private data.
They’re arguing that the FDA is super busy right now, so it’s going to take at least 18 months for them to comply with the FOIA request. The FDA had plenty of resources and time to post memes on the internet calling ivermectin “horse paste” during the pandemic, but they’re just too busy right now to release information to the public.
The FDA has been trying for years to keep this back-end VAERS database a secret from the public. The lawsuit cites several government officials, however, who have made public statements admitting to its existence.
The lawsuit states, “The public-facing database contains only initial reports, while the private, back-end system contains all updates and corrections – such as a formal diagnosis, recovery, or death.”
Here is just one example cited in the lawsuit that America First Legal has been able to uncover. There’s a public VAERS report that simply states a 15-year-old boy died after receiving a COVID shot. There’s not much additional detail. However, the back-end database shows that an examiner conducted an autopsy on the boy. The coroner’s conclusion was that the boy died from stress cardiomyopathy after he received the second dose of the Pfizer shot.
How many parents would have declined the shots for their teenagers if they had known that story? All of them? Sure, the CDC says that shots are “safe and effective,” but by the way… there’s an outside chance that the shot could kill your 15-year-old from a rare heart condition.

Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) says that the pharmaceutical companies and their friends in the regulatory agencies are so invested in the success of this mRNA technology, not to mention the profits, that they are hiding damaging information from the public.
That’s obviously correct. Why else would the government be fighting against the release of secret data that it has on the side effects of the shots? It’s not as if this is national security information that needs to be kept classified. It’s public health data.
“They’re going to continue to cover up the real damage being done by these what I would consider now very dangerous, very suspect mRNA vaccines,” says Sen. Johnson.
The government has proof that the COVID shots are not “safe and effective.” They are refusing to show that proof to the public. Do you still believe that the government has your best interests in mind when it comes to the COVID shots?
The CDC recommended in February that everyone over 65 should get another COVID booster shot this year. This would be the sixth booster shot and the eighth shot in the series for people who have been getting vaccinated from the very start. Yet no one taking these shots has ever given informed consent because the government continues hiding data about the adverse effects.
