Top 8 Conservative TV Shows Worth Watching

The “Roseanne” reboot posted phenomenal ratings out of the gate by capturing Conservative viewers, and that may have spurred interest to resurrect Tim Allen’s “Last Man Standing.”

In 2017, ABC canned Tim Allen’s successful TV show for what any believed was his conservative leanings. Allen, in turn, likened ABC to 1930s Germany. Word is that Fox, having no issue with conservatives, plans to pick up season seven of the show that pokes and prods both sides of the aisle, not just the president.

Given “Roseanne’s” glowing viewership reception and the impending “Last Man Standing,” it appears that conservatives control television, just like the Senate, U.S. House of Representatives and White House. “Roseanne” and “Last Man Standing” rank among the 10 best Conservative shows. But with the big Red Wave sweeping the ratings, these are eight other popular shows Conservatives are supporting, in no particular order.

1: NCIS

The first show to knock the “Roseanne” reboot off the top ratings spot, NCIS has had quite an impressive run. It started in 2003, and enjoys the distinction of being the longest-running American scripted primetime show.

Showcasing the U.S. military in a positive fashion, NCIS follows the trials and tribulations of a group of crime-solving specialists who combat terrorism. Along with presenting a high-character and good-hearted team of professionals, NCIS doesn’t shy away from faith in God and devotion to country.

2: Dancing with The Stars

Studies have indicated that conservatives and their liberal counterparts both watch Dancing with the Stars. So popular is this star-studded dance-off, that it was recently renewed for a whopping 27th Season on ABC. Hosted by Tom Bergeron since its 2005 premiere, co-hosts have included Lisa Canning, Samantha Harris, Brooke Burke-Charvet, Erin Andrews, and fill-ins Drew Lacey and Leah Remini.

Notable celebrities have included Heavyweight boxing champ Evander Holyfield, Fox News host Tucker Carlson, Priscilla Presley, former NFL quarterback Kurt Warner, and Geraldo Rivera among others. Apparently, about the only thing the left can agree with the right about is dancing.

3: Kevin Can Wait

CBS has enjoyed Kevin James’ talents and this series took off after he starred in “The King of Queens.” The story focuses on the widowed retired New York police officer who now spends time with his three children and runs Monkey Fist Security with a former rival. It’s a real meat and potatoes series that puts a light touch on modern family issues.

4: Blue Bloods

Once famous for his role in Magnum, P.I., Tom Selleck leads this police drama that centers around a tough-minded New York cop family. His character is a departure from the fun-loving private eye in Magnum. It’s a serious show, and episodes struggle with moral conduct in the police department. Vigilance, honor, duty and loyalty are ongoing themes in this long-running series.

5: Lethal Weapon

It’s no coincidence that conservatives like police shows. After all, they are the law and order party. This TV spins the original movie franchise that starred Mel Gibson and Danny Glover with comic supporting spots care of Joe Pesci. In the show, Damon Wayans and Clayne Crawford play the original movie characters who catch the bad guys while hilariously wreaking havoc. Season 3 remains a mystery despite excellent ratings, reportedly due to some issues with Crawford’s on-set antics.

6: Shark Tank

Renewed for its 10th Season, Shark Tank won Outstanding Reality Program from 2012-13. It provides viewers a healthy dose of capitalism and motivated entrepreneurs who pitch products and business ideas to potential investors. Creative, inventive and focused on a clear path to the American Dream, conservatives seem to love shows about hope, hard work and earning a better financial future.

7: Pawn Stars

The History channel got a big win with this resale show. The reality TV series follows the wranglings at the World Famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop. The 24-hour family-owned and operated outfit is headed up by Richard “Old Man” Harrison, son Rick Harrison, grandson Corey “Big Hoss” Harrison, and the grandson’s friend Austin “Chumlee” Russell.

Although considered a reality show, it’s quite tongue-in-cheek at times as the tight-knit family and friend stumble over honest business deals and oddball items. It’s all free-market, all the time for these Pawn Stars.

8: Jeopardy

Alex Trebek may be a Canadian, but he’s an American darling among trivia-loving conservative Americans. This granddaddy of Q&A shows routinely features everyday Americans such as school teachers, college students and people from all walks of life. It has a wholesome, down home appeal that allows viewers to learn in a fun fashion. Conservatives tend to be pro-education.

  1. I have found that Roseann’s show is actually a mouthpiece for liberalism. Take the numerous examples of how they explain how good the left wing ideology is and make the right look bad. One case that comes to mind is when the grandson (who dresses transgender) is given a pocket knife and takes it to school.. Mom gets called to the Principals office because of it. Grandson explains that liberal bully was going to beat him up for dressing the way he does, so grandson was going to give the bully the knife in an effort to make nice nice to the bully. The take away here: conservatives bad, liberals good. I will admit Im very poor at explaining things, but I hope you can get what Im trying to express here. OH! one other example, in the opening episode, Roseann says she’s going to break Jackies head ( or words to that effect) Jackie says ” there you go, you conservatives always up and get violent” Roseann makes no comment. Take away: Conservatives bad, Liberals good. Im not going to watch what is obviously promoting Liberalism in disguise.

    1. Wake up America !! Roseanne is Playing American Conservative Republicans for a Bunch of Fools !! They are Supposed to Depict a Typical Mid American Conservative Republican Family, Struggling to Survive, in a Hostile America !! Lets See ? Dan Breaks into Abandoned Houses and Steals the Copper Plumbing ? Roseanne Uses the Self Check Out at Walmart so She can Skip Scan Her Order, Stealing ? Grandma is thrown out of the Nursing Home for Perverted Sexual Behavior ? And Darlene is nothing more than a Flat Out Slut ! this People is NOT MY Typical Mid American Conservative Republican Family !! Roseanne is Playing Us Like a Stradivarius, for the Ratings !! Guess What America, The Jokes on US !! – Johnman

  2. IF YOU ONLY WATCH THE SHOWS THAT SHOW YOU THAT ALL IS WELL, HOW WILL YOU KNOW WHAT THE SICK AND DECEIVED MENTALLY CHALLENGED DANGEROUS OPPOSITION ARE PLANNING AND WORKING TO CHANGE ALL THE VALUES AND PROTECTIONS THAT WERE ESTABLISHED BY THE FOUNDING FATHERS TO KEEP YOU SAFE TO ENJOY THE SACRED RIGHT’S ENDOWED TO YOU BY THE [ ONE TRUE GOD ],??? THOSE WHO BELIEVE CHANGES ARE IN ORDER ARE OF THE SAME MIND AND BELIEF’S THAT PUT HITLER IN CONTROL OF GERMANY AND STARTED WORLD WAR TWO,RIGHT???

  3. Hallmark channel has three channels, one is dedicated to all its movies it has made and the other one is mysteries and the other is other current movies.

  4. Isn’t Criminal Minds still on? I haven’t been watching TV lately!!! I’ve learned far more about how twisted liberal minds work from the “Profilers” on that show than anywhere else!!! There’s always a “stresser”, that causes the psychotic behavior!!!

  5. Watching too much TV is not good…PERIOD! Read a book, listen to classical music, get out and meet new people, try a new hobby or activity. I know at least a dozen people who have thrown out their tvs. Besides, you shouldn’t watch tv for political reasons, it’s supposed to be entertaining not infuriating.
My all time favorite (not that anyone asked) was ‘Person of Interest’. Good writing, great acting, non political.
I don’t care much for so called ‘entertainment’ these days. Physical activity is more critical now, at a time when we’re all sitting in front of computers, TVs, movies screens, etc.
I, personally, don’t watch any of the shows mentioned, esp. National Anthem destroying, crotch grabbing, Rosanne (who makes Leon Trotsky look conservative).

  6. Tigers and Leopards cannot remove their strips or their spots. And Roseanne cannot stop being a left leaning liberal. The reason she plays the part of a conservative is money.
