Trump Kicks DEI Officials and Practices Out of the Federal Government

President Donald Trump ran on the campaign promise of eradicating the Marxist DEI virus which has infected America – and he is MOST CERTAINLY keeping that promise.

The Trump administration has placed every last federal official who works in diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) on leave as the president terminates the offices which employ them FOR GOOD.

This simple move will rid our federal government of its horrifying obsession with DEI and force a MUCH NEEDED return to merit-based employment.

 

The minute that Trump took over the White House on Monday, the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) sent a copy of Trump’s executive order to every federal agency titled, “Ending Radical and Wasteful Government DEl Programs and Preferencing and Initial Rescissions of Harmful Executive Orders and Actions,” which instructs agency heads to tell all DEI employees that they are being placed on leave immediately.

Send a notification to all employees of DEIA offices that they are being placed on paid administrative leave effective immediately as the agency takes steps to close/end all DEIA initiatives, offices, and programs,” it reads.

It also mandates that they terminate any DEIA contractors, and take down any public facing websites or social media accounts which promote this on behalf of the federal government.

Trump’s OPM was generous enough to provide these agency heads with an email template which they could use to share the news with their DEI employees. That email states “These programs divided Americans by race, wasted taxpayer dollars, and resulted in shameful discrimination.

The template further directs agencies to report “any efforts by some in government to disguise these programs by using coded or imprecise language.

 

One study from Do No Harm found that President Joe Biden’s administration took at least 500 different actions to embed the ideology within the federal government.

President Trump and his team are going after EVERY LAST OUNCE of DEI in our government and taking steps to ensure that NOTHING is left standing.

White house Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt posted on X to “gladly confirm” all of this was true.

Leavitt also said, “President Trump campaigned on ending the scourge of DEI from our federal government and returning America to a merit based society where people are hired based on their skills, not for the color of their skin,”

“This is another win for Americans of all races, religions, and creeds. Promises made, promises kept.”

On top of that, Trump also signed an executive order rescinding former President Lyndon Johnson’s executive order 11246 which established affirmative action.

There have been 5 different Republican presidents since Johnson signed this racist order which gave preferential treatment to the hiring certain people based on the color of their skin.

Not a single one of those past Republican “leaders” had the nerve to rescind this order even though they ALL knew it was wrong.

In just a few days Trump has undone DECADES of woke nonsense peddled by our government that has only made America weaker and we’re still only at the beginning.
