Before the liberal headlines were dominated by “Russia, Russia, Russia” and attempts to smear President Donald Trump as some kind of Russian puppet – it was the DEMOCRATS who were getting filthy rich off of the country which they now tell us is our “biggest enemy.”
Prior to their decision to use the FBI and America’s intelligence partners around the globe to completely fabricate the Russia collusion narrative to try to discredit Donald Trump, some of the most powerful Democrats were reaping HEAVY financial benefits from their… cozy… relationships with Russia.
A trove of newly declassified documents have revealed that that the biggest names in the Democratic party were doing almost exactly what they accused President Trump of doing with Russia!
One example came in 2009 when President Barack Obama ushered in a “reset” of relations between the U.S. and Russia. The goal was to ease tensions with Russia after they had invaded former Soviet Union-owned country of Georgia in 2008.
This “reset” opened up previously untapped business opportunities for top Democrats and their donors – all facilitated by the Obama administration.
This included Obama’s Secretary of State at the time – Hillary Clinton – who had introduced policy to help support and develop the Russian equivalent of America’s Silicon Valley, “Skolkovo” while her infamously corrupt Clinton Foundation received juicy donations from Russian oligarchs…
After being appointed to represent the United States at the U.S. Russia Bilateral Presidential Commission, she brought in major American investors like Google, Intel, and Cisco to fund the Russian Silicon Valley.
In exchange money from Russian businessmen – including one tied to Russian nuclear research – funneled their own wealth into the Clinton foundation.
It was a clear “you scratch my back I’ll scratch yours” situation. A few years later, Hillary COMPLETELY flipped the narrative on this when she was running for President against Trump, paying millions of dollars to create the infamous “Steele Dossier” which framed Trump as the Russian asset when, in reality, SHE was the one who was helping the Russians for personal profit.
Oh – but it wasn’t just Hillary Clinton either.
Also in 2009, Obama’s then Vice President Joe Biden started moving his “family business” into Russia after saying “it’s time to press the reset button and to revisit the many areas where we can and should be working together with Russia.”
Like human parasites, the Vice President’s crooked family then began feasting on Russia.
The Vice President’s son, Hunter Biden, and his associates began squeezing Russian oligarch’s for “investments” which likely meant they were looking to offer the Russians a chance to buy American influence.
Ultimately, this is how Hunter Biden got involved with Burisma Holdings, the scandal-filled Ukrainian energy company which paid the Bidens millions of dollars for… who really knows what…
Hunter was reportedly on the verge of partnering with a powerful Russian oligarch on a billion dollar Russian real estate deal – before the Russian invasion of Crimea made it fall through.
It’s now clear that the reason the Democrats chose to make Russia the “bad guys” backing Trump… was because they themselves had gotten DEEPLY involved with the Russians and they needed a way to point the finger at someone else.
Anything to stop two of the most powerful Democrats from being caught in bed with the Russians…
