Back in February of this year, rumors started circulating that Congresswoman Ilhan Omar (D-MN) was secretly a millionaire. Rep. Omar dismissed the story, claiming that it was a vast right-wing disinformation conspiracy theory. She’s just an average working mom with kids and a student loan debt. But in her latest financial disclosures that were just released, it turns out that her net worth skyrocketed from negative territory in 2023 to more than $30 million in assets and cash in 2024. That’s normal, right? Could happen to any working mom with student loan debt!
It’s worth remembering the origin story of this congressional villainess. Ilhan Omar likes to present herself as a poor, working-class mom who came to America as a refugee. But that’s not the full story.
Ilhan Omar’s father, Nur Omar Mohamed, was a colonel in Somali dictator Siad Barre’s regime back in the 1980s and ‘90s. As a colonel, Papa Omar was the leader of a death squad. He led troops in orchestrated campaigns to exterminate Somalia’s Isaaq tribe. He carried out carpet bombings, artillery bombardments, mass rapes, and genocide against entire villages.
When the Barre regime was deposed in the 1990s, Ilhan Omar’s family had to flee the country. Not because they were legitimate “refugees,” but because their neighbors hated them so much that they wanted to kill them all. The Omar family was the bad guys in this story.
They ended up in America as “refugees.” Because of course they did. Somalia is right next to Minnesota, so it’s a short walk. Tens of thousands of Somalis have made the trek every year since then, because our two countries are so close to each other. It’s not like some neighboring country in Africa has a duty to take in refugees from Africa. That’s our job!
As a young woman, Ilhan Omar wanted to get “immigration papers” for her brother. So, she married him, even though she was in a relationship with some other poor dumb bastard and had kids with him. She then allegedly used the marital status of that fraudulent marriage to commit student loan fraud, state income tax fraud, federal income tax fraud, and possibly incest.
Based on that fraud spree, Ilhan Omar might be one of the greatest criminals to ever be elected to Congress. And that’s saying something!
After the fraudulent marriage to her brother resulted in him getting his immigration papers, Ilhan divorced her brother and married the father of her children. That didn’t last long. A couple of years later, she cheated on the father of her children with her campaign manager, divorced her husband, and married the new guy.
That’s right. The racial supremacist Somali congresswoman who constantly gives speeches about the virtues of white genocide against Americans… married a white guy.
Which brings us to working mom Ilhan Omar’s latest financial disclosures.
Ilhan Omar owns a winery in Santa Rosa, California, and a venture capital firm in Washington, DC. As working moms do.
In 2023, the winery’s value was listed as somewhere between $15,000 and $50,000. But in 2024, the estimated value of it shot up to $5 million. That must be some special wine!
As for Rose Lake Capital LLC, her venture capital firm, it only had $1,000 in cash assets available in 2023. But on the 2024 disclosures, the firm now has as much as $25 million in cash on hand.
It just goes to show you that in America, a working mom with student loan debt like Ilhan Omar can still enjoy a remarkable rags-to-riches lifestyle!
Of course, we’re being sarcastic.
Ilhan Omar’s $30 million net worth seems to have sprung into existence right at the same time as the Somali refugee community in her home district in Minnesota was ripping off the American taxpayers to the tune of $8 billion. That’s the real story that the Trump administration IRS and Treasury Department should be digging into right now. This stinks to high heaven.
How many of the “investors” in Ilhan Omar’s venture capital firm do you suppose have Somali surnames? We’re about to find out. Border czar Tom Homan has already announced that ICE is now investigating Ilhan Omar’s immigration background. If a foreigner is discovered to have committed fraud as part of the immigration process, US law allows the government to strip their citizenship and deport them to their home country.
Ilhan Omar has always been corrupt, but now we finally have a government that’s taking a closer look at her. “Working moms with student loan debt” don’t suddenly make $30 million in the course of a single year. Unless they get elected to Congress, that is.
