Ronna Romney McDaniel was reelected as chair of the Republican National Committee in January of this year. She campaigned on a promise to prevent Donald Trump from running third-party if he should lose the Republican primary. That actually happened, and she defeated Mike Lindell, Harmeet Dhillon, and Lee Zeldin, who all challenged her for the position.
After securing victory for herself, she then set about sabotaging the elections that really mattered this year—the ones that happened a little over a week ago. She’s up for reelection again soon, so we have one last shot to get rid of her ahead of the crucial 2024 election.
The elections earlier this month had quite a few disappointing losses. Republicans lost control of the legislature in Virginia. Abortion until the instant of birth was enshrined in Ohio’s state constitution. Republicans even lost the governor’s race in the red state of Kentucky.
The RNC is blaming Donald Trump for that last one. Somehow, it was Donald Trump’s fault that Kentucky, where Trump won 118 of the state’s 120 counties in 2020, didn’t elect a Republican governor. Nope. Sorry, that one’s on Ronna and her crew of RNC loyalists.
Mitt Romney’s niece isn’t the only problem at the RNC. Elliott Echols is the RNC Political Director. It’s literally his job to travel the country helping Republican candidates win elections. Echols is paid a salary comparable to that of your Representative in Congress to do this, all of which comes from donations that Republican voters make to the RNC.
On Sunday, November 5th, just two days before the 2023 elections, Echols was not on the ground in Virginia or Kentucky or Pennsylvania or anywhere else that important races were about to happen. He was in Michigan. He tweeted from the Green Bay Packers game:
“Cheering for a different G today. #GoPackGo.”
We hope he had a nice time, because the RNC once again failed to deliver on what should have been some easy wins. This has been happening ever since Romney McDaniel took over the chair at the RNC back in 2017.
Remember the two Georgia US Senate runoff races in January of 2021? America had been stunned that the 2020 election was stolen from us a little over two months previously. It should have been all-hands-on-deck on election night. Counting centers in Georgia, including State Farm Arena, should have been crawling with representatives and ballot watchers that had been organized by the RNC.
A retired Missouri State Senator named John Loudon flew to Atlanta that day to watch the vote count at State Farm Arena, where the most outrageous examples of 2020 election fraud had taken place. He showed up of his own volition. Loudon was stunned to see that there were no other Republican observers in the room. In fact, the only observers there were Loudon himself and one reporter from One America’s Voice. Not a single official from the GOP was present, and Republicans “lost” two US Senate seats as a result.
Where was Ronna Romney McDaniel when that happened? She was at a “retreat” with GOP elites, swilling champagne and giggling about how Donald Trump was no longer president. She use her rest and relaxation time at the retreat to write out her statement conceding the two US Senate races that she’d just deliberately lost.
It’s not like Romney McDaniel has been wasting all of her time at the RNC, though. She has used her exorbitant RNC salary to pay for a neck lift and a brow lift. She also got her eyelids done. It was a bit much in September when she gave herself a pair of duck lips with Botox fillers, but you win some and you lose some, right? All of that was done so that she could raise herself from a 4 to a maybe-almost-5 in television spots.
McDaniel is up for reelection on January 31st in Las Vegas. If you haven’t already filed a complaint about her with your local or state GOP officials, now would be the perfect time to do it. Let them know you won’t be donating a dime to the RNC until Ronna Romney McDaniel is out on her a** looking for a new job. The 2024 election is too important to leave someone with Romney McDaniel’s track record of losing in charge of the RNC.
