Woke athletes tainted sports and across-the-board rating crashes demonstrate Americans have zero interest in watching liberal idiots trash the greatest country in the history of the world. These rotten eggs continue to spoil the platform of proud Olympians who consider it an honor and a privilege to represent their family, friends, community, and the United States of America in Tokyo. It’s up to everyday people to support those who worked hard to make you proud.
Ranked among the worst anti-American miscreants are members of the U.S. Women’s Soccer Team. Vocal extremists in this outfit once cried foul that they were unfairly compensated. The false claim was that members of the women’s soccer teams earned a lower salary than the men’s team, despite higher ratings and greater success. It all turned out to be a hoax when hard data demonstrated they chose a different pay option and earned more money.
As the Tokyo Olympics opened, woke liberals such as captain Megan Rapinoe dropped to one knee. Many credit the political distraction with one of the world’s best teams suffering a stunning 3-0 loss to Sweden.
“The US Women’s Soccer team is a very good example of what’s going on,” former President Donald Trump reportedly said of the shocking loss. “Woke politics takes the life and joy out of everything.”
Other athletes, however, recognize this is an opportunity to embrace national pride. One prime example is members of the U.S. Women’s Basketball Team who will not carry over their protests from the WNBA. Vocal WNBA leader Sue Bird went on the record stating she will not disgrace the country at the Olympics, despite her liberal views.
“You are wearing USA jerseys, and it does change the conversation a little bit and what you’re representing,” Bird reportedly said. “With that, I don’t feel like a hypocrite in any way. Everyone knows where we stand. I don’t think it contradicts anything since we’re actually doing the work.”
The four-time Olympic gold medalist was selected with silver medalist baseball player Eddy Alvarez as a flag bearer. The 40-year-old Bird hopes to earn her fifth gold medal with honor and dignity. Whether everyday Americans agree with her protests in the professional league, Bird ranks among the many who will demonstrate American patriotism.
Images of newly-minted Gold Medalists such as Anastasija Zolotic and Lee Kiefer joyfully waving the Stars and Stripes prove that many athletes deserve the audience that has been sorely lacking stateside. Shooting Gold Medalists Vincent Hancock and U.S. Army 1st Lt. Amber English join the likes of gymnastics prodigy Simone Biles blazing a trail to remind the world that free Americans remain an athletic force to be reckoned with.
But, tragically, selfish and unpatriotic players such as Rapinoe and others on the women’s soccer team have effectively canceled Olympic joy. The opening games rating in the U.S. plummeted by upwards of 36 percent compared to 2016. As Trump points out, woke political activists are stealing our joy. It’s up to patriotic people to support like-minded Olympians and cancel woke liberal haters.

Megan Rapinoe has singlehandedly soured my enthusiam about sports in general. Her, dumbass Colin Kaepernick, LeBron, and of course, let’s not forget the ever illustrious Steph Curry and all of these atheletes who have to project oppression and hate for anyone who’d rather their flag remained red, white, and blue. I don’t believe in black lives matter……ALL LIVES MATTER, why do the blacks get to celebrate their blackness while us whites are now told to be ashamed of our heritage?!!
