One of the odd things about the recent “No Kings” protests was the number of Democrat Senators and Representatives who supported them. People who have been in power since many of us were riding a tricycle in our parents’ driveway were accusing Donald Trump of having the aspirations of a king. Ed Markey has been a Democrat Senator since 1977, for example. Nancy Pelosi has finally announced that she’s stepping down from her lifetime sinecure in the House. Before you breathe a sigh of relief at that news, wait until you meet the guy who is most likely to replace her.
When Granny Grey Goose announced that she was retiring, California state Senator Scott Wiener quickly announced that he was running for the seat. If you’ve never heard of him, you should know that Scott Wiener has written and passed more anti-family, pro-drug cartel, and anti-childhood innocence legislation than any other lawmaker in the country.
Since he’s running for national office, Wiener is probably furiously scrubbing all those photos of himself wearing leather chaps and bondage gear at every San Francisco Pride parade right now. Here’s a look at some of the degenerate bills that Wiener wrote and managed to get passed into law in California.
Wiener’s SB 357 effectively legalized prostitution in California. The law prohibits police from approaching women or girls on the street who appear to be loitering for the purposes of prostitution. Because of Wiener’s legislation, the drug cartels that control Southern California are now openly selling 12-year-old girls on Figueroa Street in Los Angeles. The cops can’t do anything about open child trafficking.
SB 866 allows children to obtain transgender medical services without their parents’ knowledge or consent. Children can start taking dangerous and experimental “puberty blockers,” or have their genitals surgically mutilated. The American taxpayer foots the bill for this, since the experimental treatments are paid for by MediCal (California’s Medicaid).
SB 107, another gem from the mind of Scott Wiener, made California a “Trans Sanctuary State.” A child from any other state can claim they’re being abused because of their trans identity, and California will put them in its foster care system. Then, the child is given transgender medical treatments, courtesy of the American taxpayer.
SB 145 removed many of the penalties for committing anal rape against teenage boys. If an adult man sodomizes a teenage boy as young as 14, he can still be prosecuted for the rape in California. However, after serving a short jail sentence, the rapist is not placed on the state’s sex offender registry. Gay rape is a special kind of rape that deserves special treatment in Scott Wiener’s world.
SB 239 removes the penalty for knowingly transmitting HIV to a partner. 29 states have made it a felony to spread HIV, either sexually or through sharing drug needles, without telling others that you have the deadly disease. But in California, it’s not even a misdemeanor, thanks to Scott Wiener.
If you have biological men being housed in women’s prisons on your Bingo card, you’re a winner! Scott Wiener authored SB 132, which allows any male prisoner to claim that he is magically a woman, and he gets transferred to a women’s prison.
Scott Wiener also wrote SB 57, which is another doozy. That one spends taxpayer money to set up drug houses in California. These aren’t special facilities where people can get treatment for drug addiction. They’re designated crack houses where police are prohibited from kicking in the door, so addicts can feed their habits without being “persecuted” by the law.
We’re not sure who has the most degenerate mind because of all this anti-human legislation. Is it Scott Wiener for thinking up these bills, the California legislature for passing them, or Governor Gavin Newsom for signing every one of them into law?
For those keeping score at home, a man with AIDS can now rape a 14-year-old boy in California, and he won’t even be charged with a felony. If he is convicted of the rape, the rapist can declare himself a woman and be sent to a women’s prison. And he doesn’t have to register as a sex offender when he gets out.
That’s all because of Senator Scott Wiener, who is now leading in the race to replace Nancy Pelosi. If you think that the Democrat Party couldn’t possibly get any worse than it is right now, just remember what this guy has managed to do in the state of California.
