The Democrats have openly encouraged anti-white racism as of late, as part of an effort to put down the majority of conservative voters – and now some of them are flat out saying they REFUSE to employ “straight white men.”
A congressional Democrat from Michigan posted a job listing which “strongly” encourages anyone to apply EXCEPT straight white men.
Rep. Hillary Scholten put out a listing for the role of senior communications director which would play a key role in her office’s operations making it clear that anybody is welcome except for those evil straight white guys!
“The Senior Communications Director is expected to work closely with the Chief of Staff, Legislative Director, and District Director to develop and execute a comprehensive and aggressive strategic plan to inform constituents and the media on issues that are important to the Congresswoman,” the listing reads.
The listing goes on “strongly” encouraging people with varying personal characterizes to apply.
“We strongly encourage women (and all individuals who do not identify as male), people of color, LGBTQIA+ individuals, people with disabilities, veterans, and members of other underrepresented communities to apply,” the listing reads.
The implication is White men are simply not welcome!
Funny enough, the listing includes a notice at the bottom which claims that “all applicants will be considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including marital or parental status), sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age, or national origin,” though the Dem’s hiring practices suggest that’s CERTAINLY not true.
That notice continues, “Our office deeply values staff diversity (both because we recognize we are a better office for it and because we know that it is objectively the right thing to do!) As such we strongly encourage women (and all individuals who do not identify as male), people of color, LGBTQIA+ individuals, people with disabilities, and members of other underrepresented communities to apply.”
The listing has been called “appalling, discriminatory, and frankly disgusting,” by Mike Markey, a Republican challenging Scholten for her Michigan seat.
“Rather than hiring a qualified candidate based on merit, Hillary is instead, in one fell swoop, eliminating half of the district from consideration because of their gender and color of their skin,” Markey said.
“This job posting is discriminatory and should be taken down immediately. There is no place for Hillary’s identity politics in this district.”
“Hillary is continuing her radical agenda instead of representing the people of Western Michigan. She is quickly proving herself to be one of the most radical politicians in Washington,” he continued.
But sadly, this Democrat rep is certainly not alone in her views on straight white males. The left has made them the target of their rage towards America and the Biden administration is the perfect example of that.
They have chosen to fill critical positions based on pure identity politics over merit and America is suffering as a result!
