Here’s a court case that employees who lost their jobs because of illegal vaccine mandates will want to follow. Sports reporter Allison Williams and producer Beth Faber have joined a lawsuit against ESPN and Disney. Both were denied their religious exemption requests over the vaccine and then fired. Williams now works for Fox Sports.
Hopefully we’ll start seeing a lot more similar cases like this in the near future. Any company that forced a vaccine mandate on their employees and then fired the non-compliant people deserves to get its pants sued off.
There’s not much detail in initial reports on this in the New York Post about why Beth Faber was fired. But Allison Williams has been pretty open about it. She had a lot of good reasons to not take the COVID shot.
First, Williams was undergoing in vitro fertilization procedures to try to have another baby. When you’re already having fertility problems, everyone instinctively knows that a woman should avoid experimental medicines. She applied for an exemption on the grounds of disability based on this. Disney/ESPN denied that request.
She then told the HR department that she also has specific health reasons for not taking it. She had a bad reaction to a vaccine when she was 12 and had never taken one since then. Still denied.
And after those denials, she applied for a religious exemption on the ground that she’s a Christian and has heartfelt reasons for not wanting to take a COVID shot. Pfizer developed its version of the shot with Planned Parenthood by harvesting the kidneys out of born-alive babies in abortion clinics.
Williams’s religious exemption request was also denied, and she was fired by Disney/ESPN in October of 2021. So, her experience wasn’t much different from a lot of other employees who got fired for refusing to take the shot.
Look at how much we know now, compared to what we knew then.
Vaccine mandates never made any sense from a logical standpoint. Everyone from Joe Biden to Anthony Fauci to the CDC was, on the one hand, telling everyone that the shots were 100% effective. “If you get the vaccine, you won’t get coronavirus.”
If the claims about the shots were true, then a vaccine mandate never made any logical sense. If everyone at a company except for one person is vaccinated with this “100% safe and effective” shot, what difference does it make if one employee is unvaccinated? If you can’t catch COVID with the vaccine, which all the people in charge promised, then the unvaccinated employees shouldn’t make any difference. It’s not like an unvaccinated person could spread COVID throughout your vaccinated workforce, right?
I realize that some people like to claim that vax mandates are perfectly legal because of that ONE smallpox case from more than 100 years ago, where the government forced a guy to get the shot. But that was a real vaccine that actually worked, and it protected against a viral disease with a 30% fatality rate. We now know that COVID is only fatal for really sick, unhealthy and overweight people over the age of 70. The fatality rate for people over age 80 is still well under 5%. COVID and smallpox is an apples and oranges comparison. With the fact that they changed the definition of “vaccine” after the invention of Pfizer’s experimental gene serum, it’s more like an apples to fish comparison.
Companies that fire employees for non-compliance deserve what’s coming to them. You don’t get to make your employees choose between a medical experiment and employment, especially over a disease that was never much of a public health risk to begin with.
Plus, there’s the fact that the shots are now turning out to be fatal. We’ve had so many deaths of young, healthy vaccinated athletes in the first two weeks of 2023 that it’s almost becoming impossible to keep track of them all. Lisa Marie Presley, who was at one time perhaps the most famous person in the world, died at 54 this week. Guess what her vaccination status was? You don’t have to guess because she wrote about it on social media. She was vaxed.
If we don’t stop private companies and government through the lawfare process now, as the fired Disney/ESPN employees are doing, they’ll just try to do the same thing to us again the next time that China releases another barnyard flu. We can’t let them get away with that.
