Former Intelligence Officer Who Signed Document Labeling Hunter Biden Laptop as Misinformation Admits He Knew Laptop Was REAL

A former senior official in the intelligence community has admitted that he knew the Hunter Biden laptop was the real deal, but joined 50 other intelligence officials in signing a letter which aimed to discredit the laptop just in time for the 2020 election.

Douglas Wise, the former deputy director for the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), said that he and his colleagues in intelligence were well aware that at least a “significant portion” of the laptop’s content were legitimate but branded it as “Russian disinformation” nevertheless.

“All of us figured that a significant portion of that content had to be real to make any Russian disinformation credible,” Wise said. “The letter said it had the earmarks of Russian deceit and we should consider that as a possibility,” he continued.

“It did not say Hunter Biden was a good guy, it didn’t say what he did was right and it wasn’t exculpatory, it was just a cautionary letter.”

However, the letter DID serve to cast doubt over the fact that the Biden family is completely corrupt, thus giving voters the impression that the intelligence community approved of him right before a presidential election. Isn’t that evidence of a government trying to sway an election?

The Oct. 19 letter went out of its way undermine the legitimacy of the New York Posts’ report on the laptop, claiming that there were “factors that make [them] suspicious of Russian involvement.”

The letter concluded that “It is high time that Russia stops interfering in our democracy,” and referenced “our view that the Russians are involved in the Hunter Biden email issue.”

Wise does not address that American intelligence ultimately found that there was NO EVIDENCE of Russian involvement in the laptop.

He and the other signatories did not want to wait for any facts to support their claim. They rushed out the letter to an eagerly awaiting media to shut down the story before it impacted Joe Biden’s chances of winning the election.

As per usual, the media jumped at the opportunity to defend the Biden family, using this letter as some sort of “proof” that there was no merit to the scandal.

This enabled the left to essentially bury the massive revelations that the Biden family had been trading their influence in Washington to foreign countries in exchange for millions of dollars – selling the American people out just to make a buck.

The media was dutifully complicit in the Biden family’s efforts to defraud America for their own personal gain.

Despite having access to the facts all along, anti-GOP media outlets like NPR and the New York Times sat around for two years, knowing full well that the Biden family is as corrupt as they get, before finally admitting that the laptop was real.

This sets a dangerous precedent in America where intelligence officials OPENLY prioritize their own political bias to influence elections and put who THEY want in the White House. This sort of falsified letter could become more and more common as the intelligence community and its overlapping circle of deep state officials seek to defame any Republican candidate that dares to go against their agenda.
