Tucker Carlson released his highly anticipated interview with Russian President Vladimir Putin and among many things, the Russian leader revealed the number one mistake made by Joe Biden as he marches America towards its inevitable decline.
The wide-ranging interview discussed topics ranging from the war in Ukraine to his relationship with former U.S. presidents – but the most important discussion was surrounding Joe Biden’s FAILED effort to weaponize the dollar and what it means for the future of America.
As Putin rightfully pointed out, the dollar’s global dominance has been the “cornerstone” of the United States’ power, but foolish American leaders (the Biden Regime) have put that dominance in danger.
Under Joe, America has decided to try and use the dollar to force other nations into bending the knee. In the case of Russia, they threatened to freeze all of Moscow’s transactions in the dollar and place heavy sanctions on the nation.
This backfired as the Kremlin quickly realized that the only way to avoid the Biden Regime’s economic terrorism, they had to abandon the dollar.
“To use the dollar as a tool of foreign policy struggle is one of the biggest strategic mistakes made by the US political leadership,” Putin said.
The Russian leader went on to note that demand for the dollar has kept inflation minimal even as the nation continues their careless printing of more and more dollars.
However, by Joe Biden turning it into “the main weapon used by the United States to preserve its power across the world,” that could change QUICKLY.
“As soon as the political leadership decided to use the US dollar as a tool of political struggle, a blow was dealt to this American power. I would not like to use any strong language, but it is a stupid thing to do and a grave mistake.”
Russia is not the only nation that has taken note of this foolish and dangerous move by the Biden Regime, with other nations realized they too must abandon the dollar or potentially face a similar fate.
“Look at what is going on in the world. Even the United States allies are now downsizing their dollar reserves. Seeing this, everyone starts looking for ways to protect themselves. But the fact that the United States applies restrictive measures to certain countries, such as placing restrictions on transactions, freezing assets et cetera, causes great concern and sends a signal to the whole world.”
And things are shifting rapidly. Putin points out that prior to 2022 roughly 80% of Russian foreign trade transactions were made in dollars and euros – that number is now down to just 13%!
“It wasn’t us who banned the use of the US dollar. We had no such intention. It was decision of the United States to restrict our transactions in US dollars,” the Russian president said.
While this horrible foreign policy has weakened the United States – it has also strengthened our most fierce foreign adversaries like China.
Russian transactions in the Chinese yuan had accounted for just 3% of their total prior to 2022, but now more than 34% of their transactions are made in the yuan.
“I think it is complete foolishness from the point of view of the interest of the United States itself and its taxpayers as it damages the US economy, undermines the power of the United States across the world.”
And things are only getting worse. Other countries – especially oil producing countries – have been accepting payments for oil in yuan.
“Do you even realize what is going on or not? Does anyone in the United States realize this? What are you doing? You’re cutting yourself off.”
Regardless of anybody’s thoughts on Putin himself, his words here are very true.

That quote is deceptive and false. I listened to the entire Tucker Putin interview. The truth is Putin said just the opposite, claiming Biden weaponizing the sanctions against Russia and other countries, effectively pushed Russia into a more secure position, joining the BRIC collation, that will ultimately lead be the demise of the dollars supremacy and strength on the global stage.
Ask yourself this: who would intentionally deceive Putin’s comments, as quoted above” and why would they do so. An honest answer to this will be enlightening. Who is the true danger to world peace?
