Democrats started posturing to get their party’s 2020 presidential nomination even before the mid-term election results were tallied.
Americans saw hopefuls such as New Jersey Sen. Cory Booker become a national laughing stock because of his phony “I am Spartacus” moment during the U.S. Supreme Court nomination hearing of Brett Kavanaugh. Liberal Sen. Elizabeth Warren was goaded into taking a DNA test to prove her Native American ancestry. She flunked in an epic faceplant and now real Native Americans are furious about her faked claims.
But beyond the left-wing politicians who make idiots of themselves, Sen. Kamala Harris has been steadily building far-left support for a potential run. And, she has managed to not step on many political landmines. Her resume checks all the boxes to earn the Democrat Party’s nod. However, there are things everyday Americans should be very wary about.
Here are three things you need to know about her.
#1: She Pushed to have Parents Arrested
While Sen. Harris worked as a California District Attorney, she advocated for legislation that compelled law enforcement officials to arrest and prosecute parents of chronically truant children. Low-income families and those with disabilities rank among the demographics that have difficulty keeping food on the table and kids in school. Harris had little sympathy or a solution to help these parents.
“If you fail in your responsibility to your kids, we are going to work to make sure you face the full force and consequences of the law,” Harris reportedly said.
#2: She Pushed to Allow Government to Seize Homes
The former California A.G. backed legislation that would open the door for prosecutors to take away homes, cars, assets, and money just because a person was charged with a crime. She wanted prosecutors to have the discretion of seizing accused citizens’ assets based on the “substantial probability” they would be found guilty. Yes, the government and not a jury of your peers would decide when to take your home away.
Harris reportedly said the law would give state law-enforcement “more tools to target the illicit profits (of transnational criminal groups) and dismantle these dangerous organizations.” However, she wanted this power to extend to people charged with gambling, bribery and selling an endangered species as well — far from MS-13-style crimes, to say the least.
#3: She Supports Violent Illegal Immigrant Criminals over Americans
While working as San Francisco’s attorney general, Harris garnered far-left support by creating the “Back on Track” program. This may sound upside down to everyday Americans, but the program used $750,000 in taxpayer money to help keep illegal immigrants out of jail and get them jobs they could not hold legally.
The program took a nosedive when illegal immigrant and drug dealer Alexander Izaguirre was hand-picked for the program and graduated. Following her release, she snatched a woman’s purse and ran the victim down with an SUV. The program that put criminal illegals back on the street did not get “back on track” after the LA Times outed Harris.
“Harris’ office had been allowing Izaguirre and other illegal immigrants to stay out of prison by training them for jobs they cannot legally hold,” the LA Times reported.
Despite the killing of innocents such as Kate Steinle on a San Francisco pier, Harris remains aligned with illegal immigrants over American families. In her very first speech from the U.S. Senate floor, she made some eyebrow-raising statements about immigration.
“An undocumented immigrant is not a criminal,” Harris said, adding that illegally entering the U.S. is “a civil violation, not a crime.”
As an attorney general in 2009, Harris refused to seek the death penalty when an illegal immigrant, MS-13 gang member slaughtered a father and his two sons. The murderer had already been deported twice.
In 2017, she wanted to shut down the government unless the so-called Dreamers under the Obama-era DACA program were protected from existing immigration laws. She reportedly voted against a year-end spending bill to keep the government open.
In 2018, she pressed the Senate Appropriations Committee to “reduce funding for beds in the federal immigration system,” and not hire additional Border Patrol officers. She also pushed to defund ICE.

We need to make a law to where NO ILLEGALS can vote. There needs to be very strict laws to be put in place now that no one can vote without a pictured ID and proof of citizenship. There needs to be new voting machines in place that cannot be tampered with. Military officials to be at every voting booth. Absolutely NO mail voting period. Anyone that cannot go vote can have a military official go to the homes and watch them vote with proper ID. Make this so Mr. President.
It isn’t even the keeping illigals from voting that is the #1 issue—it’s that during the census, the number of people (legal or not) living in an area/district/state determine the number of representatives holding office as a congressperson. Democrats, by allowing illigal immigrants into the US, are setting up to garner more seats in congress for left-leaning states based on the 2020 census. I live in California and am sickened by what Harris, Pelosi, Feinstein, and the rest of these power hungry Dems are—more like not—doing for their US Citizen constituants. These politicians are supposed to be representing us, not their own agenda.
Upstate NY was all RED in 2016 except Buffalo , a piece of Rochester and of course NYC . Now after the Mid Terms I saw a new RED / BLUE Map – everything South of the lower Adirondacks is all BLUE ! And it is now all BLUE in the Western part of NY State ! AND I had to go Vote in a different place for the first time in 10 + years of living here ! We should have had a complete recount in NY !

As a long time resident of California, I have seen firsthand the increasing corruption of California politics. One big problem of registering the undocumented and even some Mexican Nationals to vote in California is lack of good street addresses. I have heard that Democratic politicians [Pelosi and Fienstein?] arranged a twelve million dollar grant to La Raza to purchase houses in different precincts to provide these address. Only the DMV knows how many drivers are registered to each house.
After I was laid off as an engineer, I spent several years substitute teaching. I went into a Hispanic class and they told me I would not teach them anything. I asked why they were there. They said so their mothers would not be deported. I asked how many drivers’ licenses their fathers had. The highest number was seventeen with the average being about seven. I assume each license had a different arrangement of their names, and that each license had an address in a different precinct. Each license could provide a monthly allotment of food stamps, allow for free medical care, and was good for one vote. I talked to my poll worker who was amazed at the number of voters in his precinct he never heard of. A California driver’s license cannot verify citizenship.
She is not fit for service. One way, she takes away homes of accused, but not yet found guilty, then on the other hand helps illegal aliens saying it is not a crime. She wants to get rid of iCE. Enough said.

As a father and Veteran, who endured 2 years of my parents 55 years ago of legally confronting all the meetings and paperwork needed to enter our country legally, I would say Harris has no idea, OR DOES NOT CARE, of what millions of us have gone thru, and how proud we are of our parents and ancestors of doing the right thing. I remember when I was a teenager and the Communists said they would take over America without firing a shot,
I am now seeing what they meant. They have infiltrated our school systems since the 60’s, slowly but surely. The sad part is people have done nothing about it they keep sending their kids to be indoctrinated – brain washed by them. The majority of the people voting in her district must agree with her philosophy or she would not be there.
The only change I see in younger generations is that they are scared to have a conversation-they MUST have their smartphones with them as an escape.
I have believed the same thing for years now. Even the school library’s have been taken over by liberals. I worked in an elementary school library for over 6 years. One of my duties was to proofread incoming books, films, and such before putting them on the shelf. Some of these books weren’t suitable for college students little own grade school students. In order to reject them you had to find a different reason other than the real reason for sending them back otherwise they went to the shelves and into the hands of innocent children. Books, and even some of the classics, that had been around for generations, including the Bible were taken off of the shelves ordered by the government. Parents need to know whats going on in their children’s schools and that means nit only getting to the PTO meetings, to parents/teachers meetings, but visiting the classrooms during class and volunteering as often as possible. Also talk to your child and listen to your child.

There are so many liberal Democrats running early on for president. They most likely will destroy each other well before 2020 unless billionaires give them enough money to keep them alive in the polls. The bad side of this is that it just clears the way for Hillary to come back as the compromise candidate, Remember, the fake “reform” that the Democratic party has adopted for the next campaign will still allow Hillary’s super-delegate cronies to have decisive voting power on the second ballot of the convention. So all she has to do is figure out how to keep 3 or 4 serious contenders from amassing a clear majority of candidates in the primaries. Biden, Beto, maybe Bernie, plus Warren will split the field and pave the way for Hillary’s comeback bid. One way to stop this is for Obama to decide which light-skinned semi-black he will endorse early one, in order to push either Booker or Harris or other minorities out of contention.
Keep this in mind: The Democrats are seeking to nominate the VERY BEST candidates they have and that’s what these are. Hillary Criminal Clinton was their nomination for the 2016 Presidential election. They could find no better nominee in their party. Their plans for taking over control of government do not – and have not for half a century – depended upon truth, probity or even popularity among legitimate citizen voters. Progressivism is a fanatic religion. Their ethics are situational and total takeover is their goal – by whatever means necessary. They do not give up and their veneer of civilized behavior (obviously) evaporates when they feel they’ve achieved dominance. Remember the bullies in primary school? They’re Democrat politicians now and they’re still claiming their failures are someone else’s fault. Have you seen even one of them accept the blame for the Obamacare disaster?
