Less than 24 hours after Texas filed a case with the US Supreme Court against Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin over fraudulent election results, eight additional states have joined the fight. Added to the growing list are Louisiana, Arkansas, Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi, South Carolina and South Dakota.
Texas is no longer alone in its battle against the Biden steal. Recognizing the threat to democracy, numerous conservative states have joined in battle. This united effort has now garnered additional attention at the national level, with the US Supreme Court already docketing the case, though no decision has yet to made regarding hearing it.
This latest Supreme Court lawsuit follows on the heels of another rejected case regarding Pennsylvania’s disastrous mail-in ballots. Despite potentially hundreds of thousands of illegal mail-in ballots cast across the state, Justice Alito rejected the legal case as it was too broad in nature. It appears Alito did not want to be the bad guy who agreed to reject all of Pennsylvania’s mail-in ballots because of fraud.
Texas has taken a more strategic approach. Its goal is to receive a positive response at the Supreme Court level that would allow each state’s legislators to determine the winner of its electoral votes. If so, all four battleground states are Republican controlled, providing a favorable chance for each state’s electoral votes to be ruled in favor of President Trump.
Currently, Biden’s projected electoral vote total is 306. However, with Georgia (16), Michigan (16), Pennsylvania (20) and Wisconsin (10) removed, the reduced total would be minus 62, leaving only 244 electoral votes, well below the needed 270 to win the presidency.
President Trump currently stands at a projected 232 electoral votes. If these four states overturn their stolen elections, he would jump to 294 and Americans would be living under a second Trump administration.
Of course, this does not even include fraud elsewhere, such as in Nevada and Arizona. Trump won Arizona’s 11 electoral votes in 2016, and may have in 2020 minus a Dominion software manipulated outcome. Arizona’s Republican legislators continue to seek decertification of its vote due to multiple voter irregularities.
Nevada and its 6 electoral votes may also remain in question. Trump’s legal team claims more than 1,500 dead voters somehow cast ballots in the state, while another 40,000 voted twice in the 2020 election. With Biden’s win by approximately 36,000 votes across Nevada, these allegations of fraud, if proven, would add another half-dozen electoral votes to Trump’s total.
Looking back at 2016, the most notable change between the results then versus 2020 is not Trump fatigue, but vote manipulation. Despite Trump’s 74 million-plus votes, the most of any sitting president, he was somehow defeated by a nearly quarantined, teleprompter-restricted Biden who mysteriously picked up millions more votes than his much more popular predecessor Obama.
The mainstream media has clearly made its choice regarding who they will crown president. Yet three-letter networks don’t decide elections. Votes do. At least that’s how American democracy is supposed to work.
Texas knows America’s election was rigged. And they’re not alone. Freedom-loving Americans are standing against Covid-king Biden and his big government teammates, taking the election into overtime like a classic Texas football playoff matchup. Time will tell if Texas will pull out an upset victory for the nation in this high-stakes political match up.
I take much pride in being a Texan and am so happy to know of Texas’s undertaking in the the matter of all those states mentioned trying to overthrow our country’s future!!! I, as a proud Texan will uphold and support all of those other state’s efforts, including my beloved state Texas, to get to the bottom of the criminal activities which are now taking place in our government!!! As far as I’m concerned, Judge Alto violated the “Oath” he took to become a Supreme Court Judge. He has broken the “LAW” just as the States that changed their Election Rules in violation of the rules for changing the Rules.
I hope he does it! But now I wonder if he does will the people who decide that be honest
Hopefully, a judge with integrity and honesty will allow this travesty to be heard in court. Everybody knows this election was the most corrupt circus ever perpetrated on the American voters. The entire world is witness to the worst cover-up in any government on the planet. If demoncraps get away with this, America will be the laughing stock of the world FOREVER.
I also thank God for the Texas decision. I cannot understand why it is so difficult for Arizona and other states to let independent software auditors do the testing of the Dominion counting machines (if have not been reset) and see how these machines transfer Trump votes to Biden and uncover the fraud. If you place equal number of legal votes for Trump and Biden in the machines, then see what the machines tell you. There are so many machines used that even one machine test with 0.1% fraud will implied large fraud for the total number of machines.
