During Joe Biden’s rage-filled State of the Union address, the president ordered a gold star father to be arrested for momentarily interrupting the speech to remind him how he is responsible for his son’s death!
The man arrested was Steven Nikoui, the father of a Marine who was needlessly killed as a direct result of Biden’s incompetency and his inability to handle the Afghanistan withdrawal.
Biden used a portion of his speech to falsely claim that Americans are “safer today than when he took office,” and Nikoui interrupted to point out that that certainly wasn’t the case for his son.
Nikoui shouted “REMEMBER ABBEY GATE! U.S. MARINES!”
Specifically, the gold star father was referring to a gate outside the Kabul airport where the infamous suicide bombing occurred and left his son, Lance Corporal Kareem Nikoui, along with 12 other American soldiers dead.
After his short but effective reminder, Nikoui was approached by Biden’s Capitol Police officers who told him he had to leave and escorted him from the chamber.
Then, the father was HANDCUFFED AND ARRESTED on a misdemeanor charge.
“Disrupting the Congress and demonstrating in Congressional buildings is illegal,” said Capitol Police in a statement. “This is a routine charge on Capitol Hill. People who illegally demonstrate/disrupt Congress typically are released after they pay a $50 fine, so the misdemeanor charge is resolved without going to court.”
But in Nikoui’s case it’s not so much about the severity of the charge, but rather that Joe and his fellow D.C. elitists ordered the arrest of this man for fighting to have his son’s preventable death remembered.
Had the protest come from some radical leftist, would they still have been arrested or what it have come with a completely harmless slap on the wrist? Likely the ladder.
Nikoui has a history of speaking out against the Biden regime which may have been why the Democrats weren’t too keen on the idea of showing him leniency.
In 2022 Nikoui sat for an interview with Fox News and slammed the “the carelessness of this administration” and said Biden “hasn’t taken any accountability.” He also called for the resignation of Chairman of the Joint Chiefs General Mark Milley.
His wife, Shana Chappell also said, “For some reason, [administration officials and generals] want to put the blame on everyone but themselves, but it is actually their fault all of this happened.”
Nikoui was in attendance at the SOTU address as a guest of Republican Rep. Brian Mast, a wounded veteran who earlier in the day said, “Joe Biden may try to turn the page on Afghanistan after his incompetence cost American lives, but NOT ON MY WATCH.”
Eventually, Nikoui was released by Capitol Police and was greeted with a hero’s welcome from other gold star families who whose family members were also needlessly killed in the Afghanistan blast.

Yes, that was a sad commentary on Biden’s responsibility for the Afghan withdrawl (I also blame Gen. Milley, who also committed treason by warning his Chinese counterpart that if President Trump planned to bomb China, he’d warn him), but two glaring typos ruined it. The first was “or what it have come” instead of “or would it have come”, and second was using the word “ladder” instead of “latter”, meaning the second example. Try to get things right once in a while.

My heart goes out to the families of the thirteen G.I.’s needlessly lost in Afghanistan and the three G.I.’s recently killed in Jordan by command incompetence. If we had a competent Commander and Chief and generals with no political agendas both of these tragedies would have been avoided. The fact that no one is held accountable for these tragic military failures is proof positive the system has been corrupted by traitorous bureaucrats and politicians only interested in their own greedy and perverse agendas.

I can tell Biden’s head is not on straight. It is every American’s inalienable right to exercise free speech. No one, not even the President, has the authority to stop someone from speaking, whether the recipient(s) likes it or not. Steven Nikoui had every right to vent over the death of his son because of Biden’s inactions during the withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan, Biden, on the other hand, had no right to have Nikoui arrested. The man was suffering the loss of his child, and everything about that situation points to Biden.
Biden has know heart when it comes to American people cause he hates America and the true American people. He only loves his millions upon millions of illegal immigrants.
