Biden-appointed Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson has said the quiet part out loud about the Democrats plans for free speech in America – and it’s as bad as you think.
The nation’s highest court has been tasked with hearing one of the biggest free speech cases in our lifetime and Jackson, being the far-left communist that she is made clear she’s no fan of that pesky First Amendment.
Justice Jackson complained that the First Amendment “hamstrings the government in significant ways,” especially, according to her, in the “most important time periods.”
Jackson, like the Democrats she speaks for, is apparently frustrated that the First Amendment protects Americans citizens from being censored by their own government.
Considering that the Bill of Rights was quite literally put in place to protect the people from a dangerously powerful federal government, it’s particularly telling that Jackson has an issue with it.
But it gets worse.
Jackson went on to suggest that the government has a “duty” to protect its citizens by censoring them!
“Some might say that the government actually has a duty to take steps to protect the citizens of this country” she said while claiming that censorship is a form of “protection.”
“You seem to be suggesting that that duty cannot manifest itself in the government encouraging or even pressuring platforms to take down harmful information,” Jackson continued while speaking to Louisiana Solicitor General Benjamin Aguinaga.
“So can you help me? Because I’m really worried about that. Because you’ve got the First Amendment operating in an environment of threatening circumstances, from the government’s perspective, and you’re saying that the government can’t interact with the source of those problems.”
Jackson does not deny the government’s censorship efforts, but rather argues that they should be allowed to singlehandedly deem ANY CONTENT to be “harmful” and then flag it for removal.
Under that pretext the leftists officials that have infected our federal government would be able to squash “harmful” political content that criticizes the Democratic party.
It also supports their ability to remove any content that goes against the official government prescribed narrative – just like they did when they ordered any information criticizing the COVID vaccines be removed from social media while lying to the American people and telling us the injections were “safe and effective.”
Another exchange saw Jackson further expose herself and her leftist pals as the power-loving tyrants they are.
The SCOTUS justice claimed that instances like a “once-in-a-lifetime pandemic” or ANY OTHER emergency declarations should ALLOW the government to cast aside the constitution.
This would mean that whenever government officials decide to declare an emergency for whatever reason, they can completely ignore the constitution to do what they think is “best for the people,” but the obvious issue there is we KNOW the government doesn’t exactly have our best interest in mind and they’ve proven that to us time and time again.
We can only hope that the other justices on the court don’t feel the same as this radical leftist, otherwise, America is in SERIOUS trouble.

Brown just admitted that she is not qualified to be a Supreme Court Justice. Her words are tyranny and in violation of her oath of office. She needs to be removed from her position.
