A North Carolina Court of Appeals has ruled that it’s perfectly fine for the government to inject your children with the COVID shots, even if you do not give parental consent for that to happen. The court ruled that the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP Act) that Congress passed in 2005 supersedes all your rights as a parent. Even though the court admitted that the actions of a clinic in North Carolina were “egregious” when they forcibly injected a 14-year-old, it still unanimously ruled that the government was within its rights to do so. Every parent needs to hear about this ruling.
The minor child in the case was Tanner Smith. He was attending Western Guilford High School in Greensboro, North Carolina three years ago. The school sent his parents a letter informing them that Tanner might have been exposed to the coronavirus by another student and that he would need to be tested for COVID. The school said he would not be able to “return to football practice until cleared by a public health professional.”
The letter said the school would be hosting a free testing clinic the following day and noted that “Consent for testing is required.”
Tanner’s stepfather took him to the clinic so he could be tested and return to football practice. The school had not informed the parents that there was also a vaccination clinic going on at the school at the same time. Tanner filled out the form that he thought was for the free testing as his stepfather waited outside in the car. The clinic tried to call Tanner’s mother but couldn’t reach her. They never attempted to contact Tanner’s stepfather, who was right outside the building.
Tanner made it very clear to the clinic staff that he was there for a COVID test and not a COVID shot. One of the clinic workers stated, “Give it to him anyway.” Despite the lack of parental consent and Tanner’s objections, the clinic workers then committed an act of medical rape against a 14-year-old by forcibly injecting him with the Pfizer shot.
Naturally, the parents were furious when they found out what happened. They filed a lawsuit against the school district and the clinic for battery against a child, violation of the mother’s constitutional liberty and parental rights, violation of Tanner’s bodily autonomy, and violating the plaintiffs’ federal constitutional rights.
The trial court ruled that the PREP Act shielded the school district and the clinic workers from liability. The family appealed, and the state appellate court upheld the trial court’s ruling. This is a hugely consequential ruling that parents who live in red states need to know about.
North Carolina passed a law specifically to require parental consent before giving the COVID shot to a minor child. The law states:
“A health care provider shall obtain written consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to administering any vaccine that has been granted emergency use authorization and is not yet fully approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to an individual under 18 years of age.”
Many red states like North Dakota and Florida passed similar laws in hopes of protecting their citizens from Joe Biden’s vaccine mandates. You might think that you and your family are protected by these state laws right now. But according to this court ruling, you’re not.
Under the PREP Act, the government is allowed to hold your child down and forcibly inject them with poisonous mRNA, even without your consent as a parent. The appellate court admitted that the state law was intended to protect bodily autonomy and parental rights. The court even admitted that it was “outrageous” that the clinic forcibly injected Tanner. But the court ultimately ruled that the PREP Act supersedes everything else.
When you think back to all the red states that passed laws designed to protect their citizens from forced injections, it was all theater. Those laws don’t protect us at all, because of this law that pre-dates the coronavirus by 15 years. Unless the PREP Act is amended by Congress (which won’t happen), the next time that a pandemic comes along, the government will use its authority to try to forcibly inject your children.

I am going to use this place here to add my say about another thing i read. The illegals the so called “newcomers”. Sorry i cant hold calling them “newcomers ” what they are is illegal aliens invading our country and taking over. One place is New York i feel so sorry for the true citizens of New York. The judge should be charged with malfeasance as he or she has no knowledge of the DNA altering vaccine and its long term detrimental affects on individuals. The current research clearly indicates the vaccines ineffectiveness and harms.
Get your kids out of public schools. It really is that simple.

The answer is simple, take your child out of public school immediately. This will not change, it will only get worse. Public schools and teachers are part of the tentacles of the government who are certainly not a parents friend. They want your child to control and shape into their image. No thanks.
WE have to stand up and be OUR OWN saviors. We know beyond all doubt that the govt. is part of the problem. The Constitutional Policemen and Military in our country needs to get on board with “WE THE PEOPLE”, and treat all of this…the illegal immigration, the forced vaccines, major food facilities being destroyed, the take-down of our country and economy, as a threat to our lives.
