One of the cheating Democrats’ favorite methods of suddenly producing more voters has just been outlawed by the courts in massive move which could help to prevent the left from stealing another election through mail in voting.
In the massively important swing state of Pennsylvania, the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that mail-in ballots with no dates CAN NOT be counted towards the official tally.
This, of course, was a shady tactic that the Democrats frequently relied upon to inject more votes in favor of their candidate whenever they realized they didn’t have enough organic votes to win (which was quite often).
As a result of that, Democrats have been fighting desperately to keep it on the table. The left has been arguing that a provision in the Civil Rights Act prohibits the denial of the right to vote because of an “error or omission” on paperwork related to any application, registration, or other act requisite to voting.”
Basically, the Democrats went with the argument that it’s “racist” to expect voters to be responsible for putting a simple date on their ballots…
The Republicans, meanwhile, countered by pointing out that the date requirement does not in any way “impinge the right to vote” and is not covered by the provision the Dems have been leaning on.
The court, comprised of 3 DEMOCRAT APPOINTED JUDGES, saw right through the leftist argument and ruled that “To cast a ballot that is valid and will be counted, all qualified voters must abide by certain requirements, just like those authorized to drive must obey the State’s traffic laws like everyone else.”
They further state that the Materiality Provision “leaves it to the States to decide how qualified voters must cast a valid ballot,” while pointing out that in the state of Pennsylvania the date requirement is mandatory for a ballot to be deemed valid.
“The federal Materiality Provision, in our view, does not interfere.”
While the court’s ruling only affects the state of Pennsylvania for now, it sets a precedent for other swing states where the Democrats have been relying upon a similar strategy to skew elections in their favor.

RNC Chairman Michael Whatley referred to this as a “crucial victory for election integrity and voter confidence in the Keystone State and nationwide. Pennsylvanians deserve to feel confident in the security of their mail ballots, and this 3rd Circuit ruling roundly rejects unlawful left-wing attempts to count undated or incorrectly dated mail ballots.”
Whatley added that the new rejuvenated RNC will continue to “fight and win” election integrity battles to stop the corrupt Democrats from cheating their way into power for another four years.
As for the Democrats, they’re most certainly panicking about this.
Left-wing NPR even admitted that this ruling and their impact on mail-in-ballots “could play a role in determining who wins this year’s presidential election and other races in the key swing states.”
For as much as the left loves to deny the existence of election fraud, they KNOW it’s the only possible way they can stay in power.
We’ve warned everyone as much as we could in 2018 when Pennsylvania bought new voting machines made by Dominion which is a George Soros based company, that the Democrats were going to cheat and manipulate the upcoming election in 2020. Now if we are just average people and know that, Trump and all the rest of the Republicans had to know that too so why didn’t they do something to stop it. Now we have another stinking Democrat with Alzheimer’s running our country and destroying it instead of trump being in there like you should have been. So hopefully somebody will do something this time to stop the corruption of the Democrats. We left Pennsylvania after living there 64 years because it is turning into a Democrat sewer like the rest of them.
Lets gid rid of bail in ballots in Pennsylvania unless you are unable to vote in person because you are ill or away in the military.
It’s simple. If you can’t arrange to find your way to the polling place, you just don’t get to vote in that election. Most people can find a way to vote. Anyway, NO MORE MAIL-INS! Really then if you say these things about black Americans then why did you bring them to slavery and still keep them that way. History tells us it was republicans who freed the slaves generations ago. So why are democrats still calling them stupid to their faces. to those saying if you can’t find a way to vote in person don’t vote well here in florida we have mail-in ballots i’ve voted for who i want in office and my ballot is sealed in my home handed to my federal mailman and tracked to supervisor of elections office and make sure it is counted we do have a ballot box outside of the supervisors building and folks with integrity and morals count those ballots and anyone who is found out cheating or stuffing boxes will be held liable and incarcerated for fraud if people are held accountable for their actions like every criminal is then this voter fraud issue will seized to exist in politics anyone including politicians who pay others to stuff ballot boxes are found charged and actually sent to prison and their title or position in office is permanently terminated this bs stops time to vote by the rules set forward from day one
