Everyone from MSNBC to The Economist is calling Joe Biden’s debate performance on Thursday night an unmitigated disaster. One can’t help but think the whole thing was a setup by the Democrat Party establishment to knife Biden in the back and get him out of the way for someone else to run.
Trump looked like he hadn’t aged a day since the 2020 race. Biden, however, looked about 30 years older. It was rough.
This was the gamble that the Democrats took, however, when they told their voters that they only had one choice throughout the primaries earlier this year.
Biden came out animated like a cokehead for the first few minutes. He rushed through his opening monologue like he couldn’t get the words out fast enough.
After that, he was the same stumbling, mumbling fool that we’ve grown accustomed—but highly embarrassed—to seeing in public all the time recently.
I’ve been saying since 2019 that Biden looks like he should be wandering in his bathrobe and slippers while feeding some ducks at an old folks’ home, rather than running the country.
Here’s just one of Biden’s incomprehensible, standout quotes from the debate:
“Making sure that we continue to strengthen our health-care system, making sure that we’re able to make every single, solitary person eligible for what I’ve been able to do with the…uh, covid…excuse me, dealing with everyone we had to do with… look, if we finally beat Medicare!”
One of the CNN moderators cut him off in what would be one of several mercy killings throughout the evening.
It’s hard to believe this even happened. If I were the Biden campaign manager, I would have stuffed him in the situation room with a blanket and some hot cocoa and told everyone, “Sorry, folks! Top secret national emergency! Joe’s super busy protecting the country tonight, so we’ll have to delay the debate!”
And then never, ever, let this geriatric, one-foot-in-the-grave dementia patient step onto a debate stage with Donald Trump.
Everyone in the leftwing fake news media and many Democrat operatives are now saying Joe Biden should step aside and let someone else run. Sorry to dash everyone’s hopes on the rocks, but I don’t think that’s going to happen.
The Democrats’ convention doesn’t happen until the end of August. Here’s how the delegates from the Democrat primaries are locked in: Joe Biden has 3,894 committed delegates; Maryanne Williamson has 0; “Other” has 39.
If Jill Biden—who proved herself to be a truly evil person on Thursday night by putting her husband through that—decides to keep him in the race, the Democrats don’t have many other options.
The Democrats could still 25th Amendment him, but that would mean the country has to go through several months of President Not-Mrs.-Willie-Brown.
Other than that, they’re stuck with Biden if he decides to stay in the race.
If Biden does drop out and releases his delegates, they’ll have a bruising contest at the convention to nominate either Gavin Newsom, JB Pritzker, Gretchen Whitmer, or Hillary Clinton. At the end of the convention, the new nominee will have a 97-day suicide mission to try to run against the juggernaut of the Trump Train. Would you take that gamble with your political career?
Sen. JD Vance (R-OH), who is in the running to be Trump’s vice-presidential nominee, had a great quote on Newsmax:
“Well, it’s so interesting that the party that has accused Republicans of being threats to democracy for four years is now trying to pull Joe Biden from the ballot for effectively doing what has been obvious to everybody for four years: The guy just clearly isn’t up for the job.”
Trump is a threat to democracy and now, watch closely as we throw the only choice that we gave our voters under the bus!
Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. was forced to switch parties because they froze him out and wouldn’t let him run as a Democrat. Sad!
Michelle Obama has flat-out said she’ll never run. Gavin Newsom is deeply unpopular in his home state and is facing his second recall, he stands no chance of connecting with purple state voters. Pritzker and Whitmer have both been out of the headlines for too long and won’t have name recognition to run. That leaves Crooked Hillary and Kamala Harris.
Frankly, I like Trump’s chances against any of them, but I still think Jill Biden is going to force her husband to stay in the race.

Now the Democrats are gonna stop at nothing to get rid of Joe and put somebody in there that they think can beat Trump. Well, let me tell you this ain’t nobody gonna beat Trump. Trump is coming back stronger than ever and the Democrats better watch out get rid of Joe Biden and his wife and Harris And Pelosi and bring back America to the American people. The Republicans also need to make sure Kennedy gets on all 50 State ballots. He will split the Democrat vote but have little if no effect on the Republican vote. If the do that the democrats stand no chance no matter who they bring in.
