Before the dust had even settled after the Supreme Court gave the Democrats a 9-0 “bench slap” on Monday, the party of gay sex in the US Senate chambers had already revived legislation to kick President Donald Trump off the ballot. “Defending democracy” to the Democrats means not allowing you to vote for your favorite candidate.
The fact that Democrats had already written this legislation two years ago tells you just how coordinated and relentless the Deep State is in preventing our movement from winning again in 2024.
The Supreme Court ruled 9-0 on Monday that individual states do not have the authority to ban presidential candidates from running under Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment. If the Democrats had bothered to read to the very end of the 14th Amendment, they would have realized that only Congress has the authority to enforce the Insurrection Clause.
The ruling reversed the Colorado Supreme Court’s decision to remove Trump from the ballot. It also forced the Maine Secretary of State and an Illinois traffic court judge to reinstate Trump in their respective states.
Before Monday was even over, impeachment kook Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) announced that he was reviving a two-year-old bill to kick Trump off the ballot.
This is a piece of legislation that was apparently written by Rep. Debbie Wasserman-Schultz (D-FL) in 2022. Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA), the only Member of Congress who was dumb enough to sleep with a Chinese spy while he was on the Intelligence Committee, is also assisting with the legislation.
The fact that this legislation to kick Trump off the ballot was written two years ago, but never acted upon, illustrates the high level of coordination against Trump between the Biden White House, the Department of Justice, and the Democrat Party. Think back to what was going on in 2022.
Nancy Pelosi was the Speaker of the House, Chuck Schumer was the Senate Majority Leader, and Joe Biden was in the White House daydreaming about groping children. The Democrats controlled all the reins of power in the United States that year. They could have passed this legislation and signed it into law in 2022. Why didn’t they?
It’s pretty clear that Wasserman-Schultz was pulled aside by someone and asked to table her legislation for the time being. That’s because the Department of Justice was already scheming to take Trump out via lawfare and 91 indictments in four different jurisdictions. It would be too “on the nose” to have Joe Biden sign legislation kicking his opponent off the ballot in 2024, so they opted for the indictments.
2022, by the way, was when Fani Willis and Nathan Wade were meeting with Joe Biden’s lawyers at the White House to plan out their Georgia prosecution of Trump.
The indictments, of course, backfired. Every time they charged Trump with some new made-up crime, he became more popular with the voters. (Americans have always loved our outlaws.)
There should be no doubt that the Democrat Party and the White House also helped to coordinate these state-level lawsuits to kick Trump off the ballot. That also backfired spectacularly, when the Supreme Court ruled unanimously that only Congress has authority to enforce Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment.
We shouldn’t be nervous about Raskin and Wasserman-Schultz’s legislation. House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) has endorsed Donald Trump for president. He has also released thousands of hours of January 6 footage which proves that the “insurrection” was a coordinated effort between federal agent provocateurs and Capitol Police. There is zero chance that Johnson is going to allow this legislation to come up for a vote in the House. That’s a good thing because I have no doubt that several sissy-boy RINOs would vote in favor of it and it would probably pass.
Another thing that should give us hope is that the Insurrection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment does not include presidents and vice presidents in the list of people who can be barred from office. Even Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson noticed that during the hearing with Colorado’s lawyers.
If Raskin’s bill were to somehow pass in the House and Senate, and Joe Biden signed it into law, it would still run into a brick wall in the Supreme Court, because that clause does not apply to Donald Trump.
