A disturbing new revelation reveals that the American government might be using our taxpayer dollars to help the Chinese develop Hypersonic missiles!
According to the United States House Select Committee on Strategic Competition between the U.S. and CCP, the Department of Defense is currently being investigated over a connection with an American university that is knowingly sharing weapons research with a Chinese college tied to the People’s Liberation Army (PLA).
The PLA is the main military force associated with the Chinese Communist Party.
Select Committee Chairman Mike Gallagher (R-WI) wrote in a statement, “To put it plainly, DOD is funding advanced, hypersonic weapons-related research at an American university that actively partners with a Chinese university that performs similar research for the PLA.”
We seek additional information regarding this alarming matter and the DOD’s efforts to safeguard sensitive U.S. military research.”
According to Gallagher, more than $17 million worth of American tax dollars have gone towards funding this research which could one day be used against American citizens should tensions between the U.S. and China continue to escalate as they have in recent years.
“It is extremely concerning that $17 million in American taxpayer dollars has gone to fund advanced weapons-related research at a university that actively partners with a Chinese research institution working hand in hand with the Chinese military.
Gallagher added, “It is not a secret that the CCP uses Confucius Institutes to project “soft power,” but it’s time to shed light on how the CCP also uses these institutes to build Chinese “hard power” weapons that could be used against Americans in a future conflict. I look forward to hearing promptly from DOD and Alfred University on what they are doing to ensure American research security remains intact and that American taxpayer dollars aren’t used to fuel the CCP’s military advancement.”
This entire situation seems completely absurd – why would the Department of Defense have ANY REASON to share military research with our most fierce rival in China?
Well its certainly worth nothing that Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin was selected to be head of the DOD by Joe Biden himself, and we all know how very likely it is that Biden is bought and paid for by the Chinese.
Joe has been involved in several influence peddling schemes – but could it be that he’s even MORE treasonous than we thought and he’s found a way for the American taxpayer to fund China’s military advances?!
Gallagher’s and other House Republicans are trying to get to the bottom of what’s going on here but it’s likely that the DOD will simply take a page out of the FBI’s book and refuse to comply with the congressional request – after all with the Biden regime in charge they know there will be no real consequences for them.
