Remember just a few days ago when we told you about the missing Biden whistleblower that had reappeared to expose to the world the crimes he had witnessed while working with the Biden family? Well apparently, Biden’s DOJ didn’t like that so they charged the whistleblower, Dr. Gal Luft, with a bunch of crimes. He’s now facing up to 100 years behind bars.
This is the stuff happening under the Biden regime. If you speak out against them, they’ll charge you with crimes and send you off to prison!
Luft is a U.S.-Israeli citizen who served on the board of Chinese energy company CEFC at the same time that Hunter Biden did and he has intel regarding why exactly the CCP linked company was paying the Biden family.
He had been “missing” for months out of fear that the Biden’s might try to have him killed. He only recently came forward with bombshell revelations in a video message to Congress.
In that video, Luft revealed that he attempted to warn the DOJ about the Biden’s corruption but they swept everything he told them under the rug and then began targeting him.
Now the DOJ is reacting to that video by turning up the heat on him EVEN MORE!
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York charged Luft for operating as an unregistered foreign agent and other crimes related to the Biden family’s influence peddling with China and other nations.
U.S. Attorney Damian Williams announced the charges, claiming that Luft evaded FARA (Foreign Agents Registration Act) registration while working to advance Chinese Communist Party interests on U.S. soil.
Luft is also being charged with “arms trafficking,” “violating sanctions against Iran” and “making false statements to federal agents.”
“As alleged, Gal Luft, a dual U.S.-Israeli citizen and co-head of a Maryland think tank, engaged in multiple, serious criminal schemes,” Williams said in a statement.
The statement continued, “He subverted foreign agent registration laws in the United States to seek to promote Chinese policies by acting through a former high-ranking U.S. Government official; he acted as a broker in deals for dangerous weapons and Iranian oil; and he told multiple lies about his crimes to law enforcement.”
“As the charges unsealed today reflect, our Office will continue to work vigorously with our law enforcement partners to detect and hold accountable those who surreptitiously attempt to perpetrate malign foreign influence campaigns here in the United States.”
These charges are almost laughable considering the fact that the corrupt DOJ is accusing Luft of having committed the EXACT THING he has evidence that the Bidens actually did.
Williamson and the DOJ claim to be “working vigorously” to hold perpetrators of “malign foreign influence campaigns” here in the U.S. – unless of course those perpetrators have the last name “Biden!”
All of the things Luft is being charged with add up to a maximum of 100 years in prison and the whistleblower explains he is now “being hunted” by the very same officials he tried to warn about the Biden corruption back in 2019.
“I, who volunteered to inform the US government about a potential security breach and about compromising information about a man vying to be the next president, am now being hunted by the very same people who I informed — and may have to live on the run for the rest of my life on the run…” Luft said..
“They knew very well I’m a credible witness and I have insider knowledge about the group and individuals that enriched the Biden family,” he added.
These retaliatory charges against Luft may very well be the most BLATANT proof of a corrupt DOJ that we have seen to date.
The Justice Department is once again protecting the treasonous Biden family by going after the very man who is trying to expose their crimes.
At the same time, Hunter Biden is making sweetheart deals with the DOJ to avoid being held responsible in any meaningful way for his crimes.
They’re not even bothering to hide the two-tiered justice system anymore. Instead, they’re rubbing it in our faces!
This is now looking more and more like the old Soviet Union of the 30s
It is so painful to see our country behave no better than some banana republic with late night raids on the home of “suspects” ( really people who openly disagree with the Power) prolonged incarcerations without trial (Jan 6) etc
