Democrats love mail-in voting because it allows them to cheat. That’s it. That’s the whole reason why they love it. Anything else they say about “convenience” or “increased voter turnout” is a lie. Mail-in balloting allows them to cheat and makes it easier to do it. That’s why they want to make the 2020 disaster the law of the land. Mail-in voting is so “safe and secure” that it allows them to win every time.
Here we go again. It’s 2022. Have improvements been made to mail-in voting in places where they’re still doing it this year? Not according to the Inspector General report that just came out. It’s still a hot mess – and that’s intentional.
The Inspector General for the Postal Service looked that job the USPS did with mail-in ballots during the primary election months of April through June earlier this year. According to the IG report, the Postal Service is failing to deliver elections materials in a timely fashion so far. It doesn’t bolster confidence for the upcoming midterms.
The IG’s report starts out:
“We found that generally, the Postal Service is ready for timely processing of Election Mail for the 2022 mid-term election. However, we did find examples where the Postal Service was not in compliance with Election Mail policies.”
Gee, what a surprise. “not in compliance with Election Mail policies” is Inspector General-speak for “Postal workers are breaking the election laws that aren’t even supposed to be their responsibility to deal with in the first place.”
The IG found that half of the postal processing and distribution centers that it examined were out of compliance with the Postal Service’s own policies. The processing and distribution centers the IG looked at were all located in Philadelphia, Greensboro, Atlanta, Cleveland, Los Angeles and Denver. And again – HALF of them were out of compliance.
Anywhere in the private sector, a 50% failure rate would be known as, well, failure! But since this IG report (and all IG reports) is carried out by one government entity to look at the practices of another government entity, nothing will happen. The Swamp will ensure that no one gets fired from the Postal Service for massively failing at the one job it’s supposed to be doing. No branch of the Swamp is ever really going to give another branch a bad grade in class.
The IG report goes out of its way to highlight what a great job the Postal Service is doing. But when you dig down into the details of the report, it’s awful. No sane country would allow their mail service to conduct elections. This is crazy, folks.
In addition to half of the processing and distribution centers failing at their main job, 10% of delivery units also failed. So, half of the distribution centers and a tenth of the delivery units basically had the same issues, which the IG tries to explain away in this milquetoast manner:
The distribution centers and 10% of delivery units “did not complete required checklists, certifications, and postmarking in accordance with policy.”
That sounds really boring, as if there were some minor procedural errors made. But before we all go back to sleep and take a nap until the 2022 midterms are over, we should recognize that those are major chain of custody issues. Ten percent of delivery units – that’s mail trucks and mailmen picking up ballots from people’s mailboxes – failed to mark proper chain of custody on mail-in ballots. And that’s a lot of ballots.
Mail-in balloting is already inherently corrupt and ridiculous when it comes to chain of custody. If you send in a mail-in ballot, chain of custody is actually broken by as many as five to seven handlers. Sure, they check a box on a form, but that’s a ton of people who are not elections employees handling ballots. And who knows what really happens to ballots as they make their way through the system from your home to a processing center? Nobody, because there’s virtually no oversight.
Nothing from the IG’s report has been handed over to law enforcement to take a look at. They just screwed up chain of custody on up to 10% of mail-in ballots cast in the primaries earlier this year. And that 10% figure should horrify everyone. Most primaries are decided by a very small percentage, since there are more candidates on the ballots. We don’t know for sure that any primaries were rigged due to these chain of custody gaps. But let’s be honest – we all know what’s going on here. The question is whether Congress is going to do something about it when Republicans take over after the midterms. Or will Republicans get robbed again like they did in 2020?

Israel has it right. You must show up in person, prove your identification, and dip your index finger in an ink bottle with permanent ink to prove you have voted. You can’t vote twice should be obvious. No early voting, no drop boxes.

We must enforce honest voting, we All MUST present a valid picture I.D. In The United States for any and all transactions, except Voting, is required. How can NOT enforcing for voting be justified and allowed? No excuse, Election Day, is always a day off work for most, and polls open at least 12 hours a day! Need a law passed for both parties, require a picture I.D. Or have written reason, by physicians why not able to make it to polls .
I read already sending in ballot’s, did not state requirements, but hopefully, at least a photo picture I.D. I read, where trying to allow illegals to vote. I read in New York, they have them set up with meals, phones, clothes, snacks , TV! Easy to vote from one
