Fulton County Judge Scott McAfee allowed corrupt DA Fani Willis to remain as the lead prosecutor on the Trump election interference case but McAfee’s history proves that this was PLANNED all along!
Willis hired her secret lover Nathan Wade to work as a prosecutor on the case, paying him roughly $600,000 in taxpayer money (despite being seriously underqualified) which she benefited from through various luxurious vacations paid for by those funds.
The DA repeatedly lied under oath about this relationship and how long it had been going on but Judge McAfee gave the Democrat a FREE PASS – shocker!
McAfee said he did find the “appearance of impropriety,” but no “disqualification of a constitutional officer necessary when a less drastic and sufficiently remedial option is available.”
He went on to state that the prosecution cannot continue until one of two options has been selected – Willis and her entire office can step aside, or she simply has to fire her lover Nathan Wade.
The decision could be seen as even LESS severe than a slap on the wrist, providing the DA with an easy out which will allow her to continue her White House-backed effort to persecute Donald Trump.
As for Wade, he already scored a massive pay day off of this case – so there’s really no loss on his end either.
McAfee claimed that there was no “actual conflict” in the case that would have required him to disqualify Willis.
“This finding is by no means an indication that the Court condones this tremendous lapse in judgment or the unprofessional manner of the District Attorney’s testimony during the evidentiary hearing. Rather, it is the undersigned’s opinion that Georgia law does not permit the finding of an actual conflict for simply making bad choices — even repeatedly — and it is the trial court’s duty to confine itself to the relevant issues and applicable law properly brought before it.”
Apparently, lying under oath about a scheme to steal from the taxpayers while persecuting a political adversary is “simply a bad choice.”
“Without sufficient evidence that the District Attorney acquired a personal stake in the prosecution, or that her financial arrangements had any impact on the case, the Defendants’ claims of an actual conflict must be denied,” McAfee wrote.
However, this decision should not be surprising to anybody given that the judge has a conflict of his own in matter and should not have been responsible for overseeing this case in the first place!
Judge McAfee and his wife both donated to Willis’ 2020 campaign signaling that they’ve been avid supports of the crooked DA for quite some time.
That, paired with the current legal climate in America that has seen judges repeatedly help the Democrats carry out one of the most egregious political lawfare campaigns in American history, suggests that McAfee was always going to protect Willis – no matter how damming the evidence against her was.
On the bright side, the American people have been shown what a clear clown show this entire bogus case is and a jury could be influenced by that – though we have seen the Democrats taint juries in the past.
One thing is clear for sure, Donald Trump may NEVER get a fair trial in this dystopian version of America we’re living in today!

I’am so out raged by this political decision by a corrupt so called judge. I watched some of the Willis & Wade trial,one lie after another, Federal & public money being used for personal gain by a totally corrupt D.A. & her boy friend, who is a sad excuse for a Lawyer. McAfee should be disbarred & not allowed to ever be part of the American Judicial System again. The case against Willis is so obvious a 5 yr. old could see what she perpetrated falsely. Our American Justice System is being trampled to the ground by crooked politicians, D.A.’S, Judges, & Gov’S & Mayors through out our Beloved Country. May GOD restore us all.

This judge needs to be ashamed of himself. How do you let one person go who did wrong, but you don’t let the head person Willis who did the most wrong go. This is not justice. So McAfee contradicts himself. You find wrong in one person but not the other person. Judge McAfee needs to do his job too. He should definitely be barred on an unjust decision like this. Judge McAfee goes on and say, his decision will not be on politics. And his decision was on politics and other things that don’t relay to the law. I asked that the state of Georgia not to vote McAfee back in office. Because he will continue to make unjust and unlawful rulings. I also ask the state of Georgia to take Willis out from being the District Attorney. She’s a lyer, how do you hire your lawyer and taking vacation ls with your lawyer as an head employee of your lover. This is against the law. If you want to play, you don’t bring it between your job. Willis broke the law and if that is not enough to disqualify her then I guess nothing is, Judge Macafee is no better than her.
Both should have already been disbarred and imprisoned for perjury, but definitely the corrupt AG who committed the crime.
