California’s extremely liberal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals delivered the Trump Administration a seemingly unexpected and rare win on immigration policy. It appears the so-called “Nutty Ninth” has gotten the message loud and clear that President Donald Trump is fully prepared to turn their liberal activism on its head.
The recent curt, two-paragraph decision agrees that President Trump’s policy of making asylum-seekers wait in Mexico while their claims are processed is constitutional. The appeals ruling overturned a Ninth District lower court attempt by “resist” and “obstruct” Democrats to force the Trump Administration to continue to open the floodgates to hundreds of thousands of applicants that are almost certain to be denied. The action was brought by the left’s Southern Poverty Law Center and ACLU among other anti-Trump Administration organizations.
“A 9th Circuit Judge just ruled that Mexico is too dangerous for migrants,” Pres. Trump reportedly tweeted. “So unfair to the U.S. OUT OF CONTROL!”
The liberal extremists once again went judge shopping as they brought the case to another notoriously liberal California courtroom. The groups initially got precisely what they wanted — a way to flood the country with undocumented illegal immigrants who could wait up to seven years before their cases are heard. The left-wing groups also anticipated they would enjoy yet another unconstitutional blocking of a Trump policy until it was, expectedly, overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court.
The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals judges have overwhelmingly been seated by Democrats, many by ex-Pres. Obama. Critics point to the court’s consistent ruling against the president on issues such as the travel ban and sanctuary cities among others. Despite temporarily impeding his authority, President Trump has won every fight at the U.S. Supreme Court. The Nutty Ninth has been roundly discredited and criticized as another wing of the Democratic Party’s radical fringe element.
The handwriting was on the wall — so to speak — with regard to the administration’s long-standing use of Migrant Protection Protocols. The regulations clearly allow the president to exercise executive branch discretion and require asylum-seekers to remain outside U.S. borders. The overwhelming majority of migrants do not meet the standards, having already passed through and been offered asylum by the Mexican government.
“The statute explicitly authorizing the use of the Migrant Protection Protocols has been on the books for more than two decades,” DOJ spokesman Alexei Woltornist said. “And the Department of Justice will robustly defend our ability to use it.”
Although the ACLU, Southern Poverty Law Center and other plaintiffs may appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court, their strategic best hope was obstructing the administration at the Nutty Ninth. Already, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has pivoted and will return applicants to Mexico under the policy. The Trump win in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals demonstrates that liberal activists posing as judges are keenly aware they have been unmasked. Just like the fake news media lied and misled everyday Americans until Trump took them on. The charade is over for this court.
The president has already begun dismantling their political partisanship by setting a new standard for seating judges in California. Under previous administrations, U.S. Senators were afforded the courtesy of nominating federal judges to their home state’s courts known as a “blue chip.” That consideration has been voided due to the Ninth’s repeated and unlawful efforts to stop the Trump Administration from protecting the American people from terrorism and criminal immigrants.
In January, California Sen. Dianne Feinstein and Sen. Kamala Harris were outraged that Pres. Trump decided to nominate only conservative judges to the Ninth.
“We are deeply disappointed that the White House has chosen to re-nominate Daniel Collins and Kenneth Lee to the 9th Circuit,” senators Feinstein and Harris reportedly wrote in a joint statement. “We made clear our opposition to these individuals and told the White House we wanted to work together to come to consensus on a new package of nominees.”
But the grotesque partisanship by the Ninth’s Obama and Clinton judges made it abundantly clear the age of bipartisan courtesy was over.
“Why on earth would the WH agree to tarnish its sterling legacy of circuit court judges & abandon the opportunity to improve the notorious 9th Cir to help Sens (and a would-be POTUS challenger) who are shafting him every chance they get?” Judicial Crisis Network official Carrie Severino tweeted in response to the dust-up.

I would like to see the three ring circus called the ninth, disbanded and redistricted. Over 99% of their rulings that are appealed to the SCOTUS are reversed. Nothing but a joke, the judges make decisions based on personal beliefs instead of Constitutional laws.

The ninth circuit court is an example of what the so called democrats are currently promoting. I say “so called” because few if any among that party are or remain democrats or even liberal as in the past. Now that party is made up of socialists who are trying to overthrow this constitutional America and replace it with a communist dictatorship or in other words permanent power over we the people.
However, as long as America remains armed such a transformation will never happen. I agree it will take a lot to push America into another civil war but Obama’s fundamental transformation could be that push. Most so called democrats realize that as fact. It must be pointed out that the 9th Circuit does not only have jurisdiction over Federal District Courts in California. Its area of jurisdiction covers 9 states including the more conservative states of Arizona, Idaho, Montana, Alaska and Nevada. If a senator from California believes they should have veto power over justices appointed to this circuit, then so should senators from the other states that fall under its jurisdiction! The fact is that the 9th Circuit, which encompases nine states, is much too large and need to broken up into at least two circuits and more likely three circuits
They should stack every court with conservative judges; it’s the only way the law will be followed. I doubt if any liberal judges even know the US Constitution. Democrats are trying to destroy America and Americans. How many Americans have been killed by illegals and they do nothing? How many illegals are already here, strangling our welfare offices, school systems, and everything else? They refuse to learn English, even after living here. They carry and display the Mexican flag, which tells you they have no loyalty to our country. President Trump is doing everything he can for the American people, and Democrats are fighting him at every turn, just because he can’t be bought and they aren’t getting richer.

I think it would be a great idea to have a site or letter that shows every time a decision is made that is obviously not in line with the law. Say what district and judge or judges who came up to make up the law instead of upholding the law. Then they might think twice before mocking the law!
