Following Donald Trump’s announcement that he would be running for president once again in 2024, President Biden unleashed his Department of Justice in an obvious attempt to stop his biggest political rival from running against him in 2024.
When asked about the idea of Trump returning to the White House, Biden said he would do whatever it takes to stop Trump from regaining power.
“He will not take power if he does run. I’m making sure he, under legitimate efforts of our Constitution, does not become the next President again,” Biden said.
Days later, the president sent Attorney General Merrick Garland after Trump.
“Based on recent developments, including the former president’s announcement that he’s a candidate for president in the next election … I have concluded that it’s in the public interest to appoint a special counsel, Garland said.”
Garland named John L. Smith, the Deputy Assistant Attorney General of the Civil Rights Division at the DOJ, as special counsel in charge of investigating Trump.
“The special counsel will assess whether criminal charges are merited in connection with the handling of classified documents at Mr. Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida and oversee key aspects of the sprawling Justice Department investigation into efforts by Mr. Trump and his allies to overturn his 2020 election loss,” according to a senior Justice Department official.
In a statement on his appointment, Smith said: “I intend to conduct the assigned investigations, and any prosecutions that may result from them, independently and in the best traditions of the Department of Justice. The pace of the investigations will not pause or flag under my watch. I will exercise independent judgement and will move the investigations forward expeditiously and thoroughly to whatever outcome the facts and the law dictate.”

The appointment came just three days after Trump announced his reelection campaign making it blatantly obvious that the corrupt DOJ is launching a politically motivated attack on President Biden’s biggest political rival.
Though Garland had promised at his confirmation hearing in 2021 to keep politics out of the Department of Justice, he has refused calls to appoint a special counsel to investigate Hunter Biden and the potential national security threat that his family’s foreign business dealings may pose.
Instead, the announcement by the weaponized DOJ to go after Trump came after House Republicans announced they would launch an investigation of their own into Hunter Biden – suggesting this could also be a retaliatory effort by full-blown tyrant Joe Biden.
Biden, meanwhile, seems to think he is above the law, referring to investigations into his family as “comedy” while is White House propagates the claim that they are based on “long-debunked conspiracy theories.”
The biden administration needs to be impeached and Removed from office and sent to Prison for Treason and Sedition against the American People and the Constitution impeach the Illegitimate administration of biden and harris.

There isn’t a single thinking citizen in these United States that will believe anything that comes out of the “special counsel,” the dicredited FBI, Garland’s highly partisan “Justice” Department, or any other element of the illegitimate Biden “Administration.” One can only hope that the 80 million who supposedly voted for Biden and the Democrats are suffering as badly as the rest of us 250 million Americans who have been saddled with this woefully inept, incompetent, and illegal Federal Government.
