Hip-hop musician and pop sensation Nicki Minaj found herself on the wrong side of the Twitter moderators earlier this week when she had the gall to question the health effects of the COVID-19 vaccine.
In a series of Twitter posts, Minaj shared a disturbing anecdote alleging that her cousin’s friend was rendered impotent after receiving the jab. According to the pop singer, the friend’s testicles had swollen before his bride-to-be called off the wedding.
“His friend was weeks away from getting married, now the girl called off the wedding. So just pray on it & make sure you’re comfortable with ur decision, not bullied,” she said.
After the posts went viral, Minaj took to Instagram to share that her Twitter account had been suspended. Remember, the absolute worst thing you can do on that platform is question the COVID censors — the same people who are completely fine with allowing members of the Taliban to share homophobic memes throughout the day.
Once again, we see that there are separate rules for different people on Twitter.
The drama didn’t end there. In a rare display of red-pilling, Minaj had the brass to share a clip from Tucker Carlson. In the clip, the Fox News host steadfastly defended Minaj’s right to free speech, which she clearly appreciated. Once again, we got a stern reminder of the different rules different people face on social media. Black women aren’t allowed to enjoy conservative commentary.
“You know he’s a white supremacist right?” one commenter replied.
Minaj’s response to that is just too legendary for words. So, here’s the full tweet.
Right. I can’t speak to, agree with, even look at someone from a particular political party. Ppl aren’t human any more. If you’re black & a Democrat tells u to shove marbles up ur ass, you simply have to. If another party tells u to look out for that bus, stand there & get hit https://t.co/OhjQZCbmBa

We’re not kidding when we say that we couldn’t have put it any better ourselves…
This entire episode serves as a call back to the last time a major black celebrity dared to question the Democratic Party narrative. Kanye West, a bonified superstar for decades, was scorched by the Hollywood elite simply for saying that he liked how Candace Owens thinks, and that black people don’t have to be Democrats. In fact, black people can vote for whoever they want — that’s sort of the point of this whole “freedom” thing.
We hope to see more high-profile people like Minaj and West challenge the status quo.
